The throwing sound is so much better on Bedrock. On Java, it stays the same pitch, but on Bedrock the pitch is random. It makes the sound much less annoying.

you can also notice a parity difference in Bedrock edition. The swimming mechanic is the same, but the transitional animations are far different. They're arguably better in Java in my opinion. Not only do they look smoother but the Java animations makes it much easier to get onto land when coming up from underwater!
