Shibuya is the best city in Tokyo for ground tours and food but Shinjuku is the best place for buildings.

My friends and I visited that building in 2019 before the rooftop observatory was completed. We went as high as we could go by elevator and got some nice pics, including those of the Shibuya Project plans constructed with Legos 😄 . Great to see the final results.

1)地上よりは風が強いですが、思ったよりかは強くなかったですね。心地よいぐらいでした。ただ、多分天候など日によると思います…
2)渋谷スカイは2019年11月にできたので、比較的新しいですね。
ここ数年再開発が進んで、渋谷の景色もガラッと変わっています。

What time do you recommend on the last week of December? I want to go before sunset.
The sun sets at about 4:30pm.
If you go during the light hours, you will be able to enjoy the view at noon, dusk, and night, respectively. A sunny day is recommended.
I'm deathly afraid of heights 😨Planes are fine, but I'm unsure if my nerves survive alone on such a high building. But the view is so spectacular 😥😅
