Defendant did not know how to drive, did not even know where he was going. And with no insurance, he caused the accident and has to pay. Judge Judy does not like those who have no insurance.

I don't know. I was hit last December in a parking lot and it crushed the front driver's side. $10k in damage. Car damage is weird sometimes.

Why do people think they can drive without an insurance or a driver's a license? Here in WA state you have to have at least liability insurance. On to part 2.
Because car insurance is a HUGE SCAM.
No kidding! Where I'm from you HAVE to have a valid license AND ownership/registration AND insurance. Failing to have even one of these gets you automatically at fault 100% if there is an accident, but even if it's just something simple as a traffic stop the vehicle gets instantly towed/impounded and the fines are fairly substantial and start adding up quickly. None of this driving - becuase mah freedum's - nonsense here.

He is showing a picture of damage that he claims is from this accident - but it's RUSTY! I suspect that it is old damage on another car that he took a pic of to prove his point because the real damage on his own car would disprove what he is saying
Biomechanics says that if he pushed her car way over there, he wasn’t turning. He was going straight and probably going pretty fast.
Also, having no insurance doesn’t equate to being liable for a car accident, but in jj’s courtroom, he will probably lose solely based on the fact he had no insurance. We’ll see though.

2:45 How does JJ not understand this aligns with the defendant's story? It's saying the defendant turned north from the east, which is the right hand turn. The compass is on the diagram for reference.
This case made me dizzy…her trying to explain but not really explaining how he hit her, drove me crazy🥴
She did explain. They were coming toward each other and he tried to make a left turn too soon and hit her car.
She explained it clearly, you must have a comprehension issue. That's not her fault.

How did he have damage on his passenger side if the accident was what the diagram portrayed? I'm surprised that Judy didn't notice that.

Only if he was responsible for the accident. The pictures of his vehicle don't match what the plaintiff is saying, as it would have been his DRIVER side to get damaged if he was turning left and hit her.
@jedimasters1462 I stand corrected. Part 2, the plaintiff had no pictures that Judge Judy asked for so it looked like the plaintiff didn't win.
@jedimasters1462 Judge Judy didn't award the defendant on his counter claim because she doesn't award any money to people who drives without insurance.

So the map is wrong? It shows her going Northbound but the police report has her going Southbound.
He was not turning left. If it knocked her car that far and caused significant damage to the parked car, he was definitely speeding through that intersection (and likely ran a red light).
I think she wanted to prevent the judge from asking who had the red light and throwing out her case when neither could provide proof...
It happened exactly the way the lady said. I also watch car crash videos on UA-cam and there is an accident that shows how the car going straight had the front damage 1st impact and damage on the side of her car 2nd impact damage when the car turning left spun and hit her- exactly the way the lady said! She just couldn’t articulate it right to JJ.
Something doesn't add up the board shows that the left front of his car hit hers but his picture shows damage on the left side of his car and it clearly is a side impact it's also a hard hit like she as speeding

This case is a bit odd. She claims he hit her drivers side as he was turning left but his car is damaged on the Passenger side. 🤔
Sounds like he was already mid turn (regardless of if he should’ve been turning or not) and she could’ve had time to stop/avoid it. 🤔 curious to see the other parts.

But having no insurance doesn't automatically equal that JJ is going to rule against you and that your responsible for the accident or damages.? It just so happens that most the people who are irresponsible drivers happen to be the same people who don't have car insurance 😂

The picture defendant gave to JJ of his vehicle damage is probably a false, if you look ,it’s already rusted in the crushed spots , unless he didn’t take pictures right away, but it looks like old damage as well.
