    I've been seeing nothing but people using ywigs hair. This is the easiest method to follow, especially since she has shorter hair, so I can see how you added length. All the other videos I watched, people had long hair and only used the hair for the curl part. I love this video and definitely will try this method ❤

      If the human hair is still in great shape, you just cut the knot (Like the little strand that is tied around the braid) . And start to unravel the braid. I hope that makes sense. If not I can create a short explaining it

    • @dreamlocs
      @dreamlocs  4 місяці тому

      Wrap your hair every day. I suggest splitting the hair done the middle and putting it in a loose twist and tucking it all in your bonnet. Every morning when you wake up. Unravel the twist and finger detangle the hair (separate the curls from the braid). Every 3 days detangle the hair with a brush that has the balls at the end but finish wet the hair down. Add in a moose or light weight leave in conditioner. I like the lotta body mousse.

    I got this done, and all the extensions that were added pass my natural hair slipped out when I washed my hair for the first time. If you want braids longer than your natural hair, you need to add synthetic braiding hair (which I’m allergic too) or some type of kinky straight or kinky curly human bulk hair (which my braider is going to use next time).

    pros and cons of only using human hair???

    • @dreamlocs
      @dreamlocs  4 місяці тому

      Pros
      people can be allergic to synthetic hair
      Not as stiff
      Even more lightweight
      Cons
      Works best on people with thick hair
      Might not last as long

    I don’t think that will work with someone with 4c hair

      With blow dried hair it should work. I require all my clients to come with hair blow dried.

      It’s bigger parts. So maybe you can do smaller parts if you feel that way. And wrap your hair every night.

    How is this style with 4c hair? 🥹 has anyone tried!

    • @dreamlocs
      @dreamlocs  4 місяці тому

      I feel like every texture will work as long as it’s blow dried out before installing and the braider uses the right products. Also after care is important. Always protecting the hair when going to sleep 🩷
