My suggestion to others - If we buy an apartment, the biggest drawback is we dont own the land. Even if we have a 1000 sq ft house and we own the land, its a big plus
Owning land in chennai is not an easy thing u need to spent lakhs and lakhs + house will cost more than 1 crore

You may not find more fun places around like malls or beach to spend weekend and have to take traffic on GST to come Chennai. Also I have heard some snatchings around. It's not very safe to roam around late night. But good private locality.
