Dr Ann, may I ask you a personal question? How is parenting with being a Dr? How's parenting? How's the love life? Do you have a life?

I'll assume it's a general question directed to people in the profession: Good it's just you need to put in extra effort and be intentional in the quality of time spent with family and friends because it's limited and you can come across as being constantly tired or not present esp if you're working in busy hospitals or department. Otherwise it's all good. You can have a life with at least 2 weekends off in a month
