I think many big-scale completed cars need to have their control systems rebuilt. I service the servo and connect the battery directly. And so far I don't need a kill switch.

I use Flysky and have not had an issue. I used to use Futaba before they got too expensive.
Flysky always had good range😊👍. I use one on my 1/5 Rovan buggy. I wanted to go the cost effective route. I got this receiver and when I buy 2 new servos it will still be less expensive than a futaba setup. I hoping for the best With this setup! ✌️

Spectrum is the junk of the earth. Get a Futaba.
Why didn’t the kill switch work? Don’t say there wasn’t one.
Spektrum is not my first choice but have worked flawlessly for me in the past. I would like to upgrade my fleet over to futaba but wanted to use what I had in house. Yes I am running a Killer bee killswitch and it’s hard to tell but I killed the engine before the hit but due to not signal had no brakes.
@@EVERYDAYRC oh. Crappy. I have run Futaba for over 7 years now. Before that spectrum. I’d never go back to spectrum. It’s built for a budget minded buyer.
