- A Northland kaumātua is vowing to stay on Moturua Island in Te Tai Tokerau where he was born and raised. But the Department of Conservation has ordered to dismantle his ‘illegal’ dwelling and leave the reserve because it is currently under Crown ownership.
Who do you think you are with your LAW to tell your owner they have to vacate????
