    Love the behind the scenes architect and interior designing tips. You are a serious professional… thank you so much for your content. Keep them up!!
    I loved the info about the water sensor for a potential leak and the thinking of where to put the potential shelves because the house needs to look beautiful from any angle not only be functional . Not many people think about these kind of stuff but they do all the difference and perfect the final result.
    Your place looks nice and it’s you… nothing else matters. Personally I would love to see more walnut wood for instance to balance the off white / beige interior. 💪🏻

    In my opinion, the most compelling finish is the metallic painted cabinetry. I am very interested in learning more about it.

      Hi!) Thank you for the comment and interest! At the moment it's an experimental idea for budget optimization. Using metal is more expensive solution. In this particular case the composition we've use turned out to be easily soiled, so we kept testing. And at another project different composition shows itself much better.

      To the eye, it's a beautiful finish. I am interested in learning more about it. Thank you!

    I’m thinking of microcement for wet areas. Why was microcement in the shower area terrible?

    • @alex_gmtm
      @alex_gmtm  2 місяці тому

      it all depends on the quality of the microcement finish. If the finish is bad, it will absorb and stains will remain.

    • @alex_gmtm
      @alex_gmtm  2 місяці тому

      Yes, you are right, this material is very good for wet areas, but it is incredibly slippery! You need to be very, very careful and cautious.

    What a wonderful collaboration. The result is fantastic. Things such as closing the drapes or turning on a light is what make us human. This is too much technology for the sake of technology. That space needs some texture, and ALL fake shine makes it even more off-putting. I know you were thinking like an architect when you picked that green sofa. Love the bath, but those colored lights are impossible, you would never see those vivid colors in nature, only in very small amounts Some other color sofa would have been more interesting, and no artwork, nothing hand made. No natural materials, the table and chairs would have been better with a wood pattern. Hand rubbed wood looks and feels like butter. Overall, you have chrome, but no soft sheen of silver. No, to that "painting" of nothing but words. A painting should speak, you should not have to read it.
    "Podium" is not the right word for this, Americans would call that a loft or mezzanine. Still fantastic. Podium only means a stand to hold a book, or to speak from.🥰

      @@alex_gmtm I could tell you are a serious professional. I love this apartment.
      Hope you will consider my critique.
      It seems like everything is on very HIGH volume, I wouldn't feel comfortable living there. Some amazing and creative solutions, here, none the less.
      You inspire me.
      It seems to all have the bright and harsh glare of chrome, but I think some soft sheen of polished silver would be better.
      Does that make any sense?
      I am American here, but the people in South America love very bright colors, but not North Americans.
      I went to buy flowers here in the grocery store (the worst place to buy flowers but the least expensive) and they dyed them all to look even brighter. The red ones were dyed almost to neon red, etc.
      I didn't buy them. In English we call this "gilding a lily". Meaning to take something that is already beautiful and try to make it MORE beautiful.
      Thanks, great channel.
      God bless Russia.

    Bathroom lighting its too much I prefer calm simplicity in the bathroom

      Thank you for sharing your preference! Some people definitely prefer softer, more minimal lighting in the bathroom for a calming atmosphere. It’s all about choosing what feels most relaxing and suits your style! 🙌😊

    Plants are artificial....

      @alex_gmtm  Місяць тому +1

      Yes, they are artificial plants-sometimes people prefer them for low maintenance while still adding a green touch to the space!
