I have learned (for me at least) if you watch videos faster (2x-2.5x here) you can focus better and retain more. Its like you have to focus to understand it normally when watching something i get distracted thinking about what life would be like as a tick on a unicorn. Also read aloud with a fast cadence helps as well cause you use two of your senses instead of one. Hope this helps half as much as it's helped me!
