If a child does not have a clear speech even after applying a medallion implant, then what is the reason for this, the machine not working properly or the lack of speech therapist or any other reason

the voice will almost never be perfect but the younger the better , he will improve with time insh' Allah and new devices will be be better in the future !

But he has to wear that thing, it's clearly visible, he can lose or damage it... maybe in few years we have a better solution with all fully implantated.
