In the 80s up until the 90s, the Bacolod Downtown area is bustling with people and vehicles from morning till early evening partly because it is the go-to area for shopping and leisure aside of course for government transactions at the old City Hall so foot traffic is immensely concentrated in the area to the benefit of business owners. Gone are the days as they say. #Batang80s
Yes its because there's a lot of new establishment constructed in different area in Bacolod as of this days. And in regards with the City Hall they are starting the construction for renovation.😍🥰

Bacolod leaves a bad taste in my mouth...my credit cards & IDs were stolen there..7/24..
