Congrats on making the team again! Alabama cheerleading is hands down THE BEST in the nation. It’s too bad there isn’t a docu-series on these top schools, it’s amazing how they support and represent the school first, it’s truly a team, and not about being famous, having individual standouts and “making mat”. It would be interesting to see how they juggle getting ready for nationals all while they are supporting that monster football program all the way through the season. Good luck this year, ROLL TIDE!

I know it’s kinda morbid but during sorority recruitment at major southern schools I’ve heard they may put girls a “suicide watch” if they get cut by all the sororities. It’s mainly to give a resource to talk through and cope with the feelings associated with the (mass) rejection. I know it’s not the exact same but rejection is hard to deal with no matter the context.

That’s how almost everyone does it, it’s just easier. At my school all sports were posted on the door & people can go look whenever. So they can honestly wait until people aren’t around if they want.

no! everyone has to tryout again no matter if you were on the team last year..no advantage
I have a question I'm a junior in high school and when I do apply to get into a college I was planning on joining a cheer team, but I got surgery for scoliosis so I have a metal rod in my back that makes it so I can't tumble. I know that my cheer coach doesn't see that as a problem he just works with me but do you think I still have a chance to make it on a college team?

Before I saw your IG, I knew you had an ED, just from your YT vids. The ones I watched, you made no mention of it. it's such a difficult condition to deal with. I was diagnosed with AN in 2008. Unfortunately, I can't watch your content because of this. I think you're such an amazing girl with so much talent, but as ED's do, they bleed all over. It's never a contained situation. I wish you the very best. You deserve to show the world you who are, without conditions. May Jesus come to your side and show you that image, total control, etc. is all best left in His hands. He's got you, I promise. Mary CAN FLY. Praying for you and sending so much love. Let go and let GOD.
