This song is off ' The Miracle album " It was never released as a single . The album was released in 1989 . The intro leads you into a false sense of security...and then that heavy guitar Wow ! The lyrics reflect the band's accomplishments ( Was it all Worth it ? ) . As Freddie said at the end ... Yes it was ! . This song's message really does resonate with most people's lives and achievements . I think this was written by Queen as a whole . Great reaction once again 🙂
Thank You For All This Info Paul , I’m Shocked It Was Never Released As A Single . This Song & The Message Behind It Was Truly Incredible 💛✨ As Always , Thank You For Your Continued Support 🙂
the song was written mainly by Freddie with ideas from John, Roger, and Brian.....as to the song's meaning......I guess Freddie thought it was all worth it, even how it all ended, with no regrets
HEYYY Mia! One of my FAV songs from (what I think of as) Queen & Freddie's "Third Era"... That time period when Freddie was - as Brian put it - "working through" his mortality. I absolutely LOVE the message: NO REGRETS!!😇 (There is so much AWESOME material - with some DEEP messages - in this and the last two albums after this one, that so MANY people have no idea about... as if folks think the band just stopped making music after Live Aid or their giant 1986 tour.)💋
Mia, I love that you love Queen so much! This was my fav band. In the 70's and 80's I would play these songs for my friends, and they didn't get it at first. Weeks later they had the cassette in their car and knew every lyric. And by the time "Was It All Worth it?" came out, they'd say it wasn't as good as their old stuff. And yet, Queen will go down as one of the top 5 bands of all time. And they still tour.
Brian in interviews has said that when the miracle album was recorded, they weren't sure that Freddie was going to live long enough to even get started on another album (innuendo) so they thought this was possibly going to be 'the farewell track'. I remember buying the album when it came out 6th May 1989 (yes I am that old lol) this track blew me me clean out the water, it was simply mind-blowing, I always hoped that they would release it as a single
Great choice! A couple others are One Vision & In the Lap of the Gods from Wembley Live 1986. Opened the concert with these songs. Queen has a video of One Vision-Extended Version which is good also. They have so many good songs people don’t hear because videos weren’t common in the 70’s. Queen made 15 albums plus Freddie’s albums. Another wonderful song is Somebody to Live from the FM Tribute Concert performed by George Michael. He was the only other singer IMO who could do the song justice. It was the outstanding performance of the concert.
wow what a great song .. just loved it . Queen has a lot of great songs and of course another great reaction by you Miaaaa. You always put a smile on my face . Keep being you and its worth seeing you doing your reactions. much love and peace
Last Song on "The Miracle" and I totally loved it. The unorthodox Approach of the Song was what got me. In Comparison to other Rock Bands in this Era this was deep and heavy. Comparable to "Innuendo" yet much more uplifting.
Phenomenal! I love this song and the message so much. Mia, you are absolutely right - it was and is worth it all. Thank you so much for this great reaction.❤
Though the bulk of the song was masterminded by Freddie, all members contributed ideas and lyrics. (for instance - Roger contributed the line “we love you madly!”). Despite it not being released as a single, it remains hugely popular among the Queen fanbase and is often considered the best song on the album - The Miracle. Since Freddie's illness was beginning to really take its toll on him and the group as a whole, I am not surprised how reflective so many of the songs on the album are but I am always amazed at how upbeat and positive it is.
I just love your reactions. You’re the coolest. I’d love to see you react to George Michael & Elton John “Don’t Let The Sun Go Down On Me”. I think you would enjoy it.

Nice. You finally did my recommendation. Next Queen do “one year of love “ ❤️🔥🔥 I’ll always give you hidden bangers
Talking of hidden bangers " Pain Is So Close to Pleasure " the same album ( A Kind Of Magic Album ) .
Well OYoL is not really a "Banger", yet it hits you right in the Feels, if that is what you mean. Anyway good Recommdation. I'll support that too 💯
@@Ezekielepharcelis ok then not really a banger but sort of a banger lol . To me it's a banger . Only messing about , I love " One Year Of Love "

Thank You For Your Suggestion Aletha !!
So many of their songs tell a story that in reality it pertains to them, and they all make complete sense.
Song blew my mind when I first heard it! They were so incredibly talented beyond comprehension!
WAS IT ALL WORTH IT❓❓ HECK YEAH!!
