- I got 4 Proof of a Concord Kept in around 4 minutes.. what i did is :
1. Equip Blade of darkmoon covenant item
2. All item discovery boost (mine was 444 item discovery without any coin)
3. Unequip chest, hand, and foot armor
4. Make sure to Quit game every time i got a concord, or its about already kill 30 knight (15 rounds/repeat)
5. Equip/change any foot armor
6. Kill the knight
7. Every time i get 1 concord, repeat from.poin 4.
well, i dunno.. maybe it just luck..
but, i had used this method many many times with other grindings item to plat.. that's why i have a little confident to share it.

I dont know about you guys, but for those still trying to farm in 2024, this method worked for me, to my surprise. Make sure to leave the game and launch it again after getting your concord. Rinse and repeat. Huge shoutout to this method, good stuff man!
Edit: Weirdly enough but not surprising either, when I decided to farm some again, the method didn’t work so be aware that it’s purely rng and this won’t work for everyone

Yeah fr tried getting sunlight medals and got about 6 in 40 minutes and i was SL120

sunlight medals can be farmed in a rly easier way than u r doing it

Besides all the item discovery boost, no body ever mention this technique, you can actually reallocation your level of luck to 99 temporarily for farming and switch back when you're done(with the half naked lady lying on the bed). All you have to loose is a pale tongue. There is a glitch w/o even loose a pale tongue.

Great method. Leaving after getting the Concord kept is key.
Since i've been farming this, I've been getting summoned to other worlds. They seem to be doing 1v1s. If you wait until the invading phantom dies, you get a Concord kept. If you wait your, turn you can kill the invader for Concord kept. If the phantom who dies is red, you'll get a concord kept and a vertebrae shackle. I've gotten 10 concord kepts in 45-60 min.

@@Mohamed-ow8pg I couldn't tell you, sorry. It's been over a year since I was doing that. Stuck on elden ring now. I never invested to much into luck for DS3 , just boosted my discovery with consumables and equipment the best I could.
Why does it work this way? Does quitting out reset the loot table?

@@christokerit’s cause after u get a concord kept the game is like alright I’ll give u another one in 20 mins so he basically resets the area after every concord to reset the drop rate for it. (Just what it seems like im no expert)

Didn’t get the same results as the player shown, but his method is a definite improvement from the normal grind 2021.
Still works. Been doing this for about an hour and a half and I've gotten 11. Way faster than actually being summoned as BoDM or Blue sentinel. If you're confused on what he did, like I was, he explains everything in the description box of the video.

Tried this method. I got 12 in a little over 2 hrs. I had 468 item discovery. I was offline. I never got them back to back like the video shows. Most were 4 to 8 min apart. Some took much longer
yeah its been half an hour and i only got 2
If this worked before, it doesn’t appear to now. 6/06/2022. The resetting each time you get one might be helping, but changing footwear isn’t doing a thing. I tested and timed it every which way and I got no less when unchanged full set armor. I did not have the Item Discovery he had because it’s my first playthrough but I was at 361 with rusted coin. It would take on average 8 minutes between concord drops, and i did reset each time so I have no comparison on NOT resetting. Still, seems much higher rate then when farming those damn red eye skeletons.

Yeah I don’t have the + rings yet cause 1st playthrough so as high as i can get it is 361 with rusted coin, Crystal Sage’s Rapier, Symbol of Avarice and Covetous Gold Serpent Ring. Still doesn’t seem like I should have to kill them 10-15 times before they drop them but it still seemed higher drop rate doing the reset than when I was farming for other covenants.
@@MiZDove If you have the Ringed City you can get the +3 Covetous Gold Serpent ring on a base NG cycle, and you can buy some of the rusted Gold coins for extra item discovery

This is actually the easy one. I personally thought grinding for vertebrae shackles was exponentially more infuriating tbh

If you're like me and you can't play without being able to block, instead of equipping the Shield of Want I advise two-handing the Fume Ultra Greatsword with the Crystal Sage's Rapier in your other hand, this weapon has a strength requirement of 50 but has the best block of any weapon (that I know of.)

Doesn't work like that. Got only 2 in half an hour even with 615 Item Discovery(so_max). Using 2 Crystal Sage's Rapier(switching before loot) and Rusted Gold Coin.

Today I was doing my ng+5 and once first arrived to Anor Londo, the first mob (one with spear) dropped me an ear. Without any gear of luck boost
I mean, it makes sense to restart the game to make the countings resets. I will give it a try.
Just to update once I finished gathering the 30 ears: it doesn't work as they say, its all about having a build with 99 luck and the items of luck on you. Only then they will start dropping ears. I collected 10 in 1 hour.

didnt work a single time, did it with same strategy as video with rusted coins, without rusted coins (3 times) and did the quit out and change pants after bonfire as done in the video. Never got a single back to back drop of concords. I have higher item discovery (465 to 515 w/ rusted coin) than the guy in the video.
Only things that might effect this working are the specific luck stat of 96 (i doubt it) or the fact that the guy in the video is on console (more plausible). I am on pc and from my understanding there are some things that are different between platforms, maybe this is one of them. 1 hour of testing with 0 back to back or close drops makes me think its one of a couple possibilities: placebo or copy/platform dependent
I'm on console and it's not working for me either. What I have found is if I don't work any armour apart from helmet, I actually get a better drop rate. ( I have 99 in luck )

This doesn’t work for me. You’re getting very lucky here. I quit out and I don’t get them that fast. Been grinding over 2 hours and I have 9
He is in fact very lucky because he has leveled his luck stat which boosts item discovery.

nah you just unlucky man. just have to equip the chest hat, have same stats, and rings, 2 shot the knights, i’m doing it rn and it’s working fine for me. make sure to save and quit after getting 1 concord kept because it resets the drop chance (it’s 1 in 30 kills) if you get it, you’ll have to wait and kill then over and over and over unless you quit game and reload

it resets the count if u dont quit out try it and u ll see u can do it 100x times and not get another 1

This method doesn’t work on ps5, been trying for 1.5 hours and I’ve gotten 3 concord drops
this is horrific. I've respecced to 99 Luck, have all the chance drop item gear equipped, item discovery 449 and I still only get one or two Proof of Concord per hour :-( going insane
Edit: i got the Crystal Sage Spear (+50 to item disc.), equipped and with the Coin, 549 item discovery. still all in all, about 20 hours to farm the 30
I found completely quitting the game each time you get one, not just Title Menu, to help. Best of luck!

It's not 4 in 5 minutes I guarantee you, but yeah restarting the game is absolutely essential, unless you like to farm concords for the whole day
it didn't work for me.
how i do it is i use black flame and it 3-5 shots them depending on how much stats i have or how strong my pyromancy flame is

I'm using everything I can to boost my item discovery, besides the crystal sage tranposition item and 99 luck, put ~8 hours into farming and got only 8, 1 being from invasion, 2 from the game normally 🤡🤡
What does he use to get 446 item drop discovery I have the mimic chest equipped the crystal sage rapier the covetous gold serpent ring and 99 luck and my item discovery is only at 399
I use symbol of avarice, gold ring+ 3,
crystal sages rapier and crush the rusted coins.
My luck stat is at 8, and the buffs bring me to like 427.
With gold rusted coins it would be an additional +50, but those aren’t very common to get.
I got the proofs in a few days (hours each day, so it did take a bit of time all together)
You can respec your character at rosarias infinitely with a glitch too… didn’t seem to help me any but maybe it was just me lol
I got the shackles,pale tongues, swordgrass and dregs in the past 4 days. Got them all!! So stoked!

This is literally the worst farming of all of them. Got all the farron and aldritch and sunbro ones ez. I literally have been farming for 5 hours with 359 discovery and havent gotten a single one. Not a single one. Ive got two from helping. Even the vertebra, ive got 13 from raids, 2 from actual pulls after hours of runs. This is bs.

A bit late, but my assumption is the quitting out acts almost as a reset to luck, meaning you have higher drop chances

I tirelessly farmed and earned my 30 ears. the quit out does seem to help, i still don't know about the pants thing but I did it anyway and I got lucky mainly with the hard leather/leather boots, alva leggings and a few of the dress bottoms, like maiden's, deacon's and archdeacon's, even once with the painted guardian bottoms but i'm sure all of that is inconclusive. The main thing that helps is pumping your item discovery (I didn't put a single point into luck, just used the symbol of avarice, crystal rapier and gold covetous ring + coin so I was always at 360id) and quitting out once you get one, or after 3-5 runs I quit out anyway. I'm assuming the footage in this video is just this person's most lucky runs back to back because there were times I wouldn't get an ear drop for 1-2 hours but this morning I found 3 in about 1.5 hours so..... eh. Obviously the luck stat will help but i'm a stubborn idiot and I grinded nonstop for two days with my method to earn my ears.
The cherry on top for me was I never did further research on the spell you earn at 30 thinking it was a sorcery so I was farming on my spellsword character :') it's a miracle for those that also haven't looked it up or assumed otherwise. Time to grind all over again on my miracle character...

What’s the deal with quitting out?
the drop is about 1 in 30. once you get it, you want to quit out so it resets again. let’s say you get it on your 16th knight kill, you will have to kill them 14 more times just to finish the cycle (no concord kepts will be gotten in this 14) you quit out to reset it again to 1/30

How many you need
It depends whether or not you've already acquired the dark moon ring from Yorshka. At that point, you'll only need to offer 30 proof of concord to her to acquire the darkmoon miracle. If not, then you'll need 40 of them.

I have another character but I’ve never finished the game, so it’s still my “first”. Im level 205, thanks to the ringed city and Gold Serpent Ring +3, Symbol of Avarice and Crystal Sage Rapier
Took me 4 days to get the proofs. I did have the covenant equipped and 1-4am got summoned a lot. Terrible at pvp so maybe 7-8 of them were from that, the rest I got myself.
With the glitch, you can respec at rosarias infinitely…. Then change back. Without giving her any tongues. I honestly didn’t see much difference putting luck at 99. Maybe it’s just me but With the Serpent Ring, Avarice and The Rapier and crushing the coins I got them all the same.
I use hidden body and chaos bed vestiges too. Saves time.
But yea…first play through, absolutely!!
I grind like hell at the ringed city streets. I get about 150k In 5-7 minutes. And my storage is packed with consumable souls as well.
With hidden body + flames it’s super easy souls and leveling.
