Thanks for having me, it was great to talk about our favorite writer😊 Now if you'll excuse me, I'll be back in my dark basement editing videos untill the game comes out!
No! There’s more! Listen to the Poets of the Fall album called Ghost Light! The lyrics are obviously talking about Alan Wake and possibly more. Please, please I beg you to listen to that album! The album cover reminds me of the light Alan is holding in the teaser trailer. I hope you agree with me that there is something the old gods of Asgard are telling us.
When I posted this video on Twitter i used the expression, "On the Horizon" for a reason lol. The song 'Beyond the Horizon' is as blatant as they get with Alan Wake references. He really has become a Ghostlight.
In the song " take control" there's a backmasked reference to the cult of the tree. " in their drunken fever state, seeing double profoundly, they pyramid in the stolen file becomes a spruce tree"
The Spruce Tree is the original Christmas Tree the one we decorate with lights. Spruce trees are also used for regeneration , paper , musical instruments , construction of boats, planes and barrels.
My theory is that Mr. Scratch is Thomas Zane or his evil doppelganger. 1. The diver is the rational one, while his body got twisted to evil. 2. Anderson brothers multiple times addressed Alan as Tom 3. At the end of Alan Wake game, where Alan enters the dark place, you can hear voices of young Thomas and Barbara and Thomas sounds exactly like Alan. 3. At the end of Alan Wake game, where Alan enters the dark place, pointing the flashlight at the word "phone" it will reveal a phone boot and when interacting with it you can hear Alan's voice but I think it is Thomas speaking and sounding hopeless and descending into madness. 4. Mr. Scratch in American Nightmare said that he prefers to use a knife to kill his victims rather using a gun. Thomas Zane used a knife to remove evil Barbara's heart. 5. Maybe Zane writing himself out of existence was also that no one will notice that Alan looks like Zane except couple of people (Andersons). 6. In AWE DLC Thomas Zane now looks like Alan. I think Thomas always looked like Alan based of when you hear young Thomas Zane's voice as mentioned above. 7. In AWE DLC Thomas Zane speaks and acts similar to how Mr. Scratch speaks and acts in American Nightmare. 8. The mad looking Mr. Scratch/Alan might be actually Alan's evil doppelganger while Mr.Scratch the calm and collective one(American Nightmare) is Zane's. Multiple times it has been stated, that Alan has gone into this burst of rage and anger while Mr.Scratch American Nightmare is not showing any signs of aggression or rage. In Quantum Break and Alice's taken picture shows the screaming in rage and mad Alan. 9.Maybe Zane wrote Alan into reality so that Alan will replace Thomas in the dark place so that Thomas could return to the real world, but didn't realized that Zane will twist into evil by the time that happens. Zane originally planned to return and made sure that Alan is popular so when that happens Zane would return to his old life of popularity as he once had before writing himself out of existence. Thus thats why Alan has to look and sound the same as he does including to have Alice(who also strangely sounds like young Barbara). Problem with this is that Zane or Wake cannot create something that does not exist and make it stay permanently. All creations that comes out from nowhere will eventually disappear once the manuscript reaches its end. So I have no Idea how Zane manage to write Alan into existence and not vanish unless it is a long manuscript or maybe Alan wrote Zane into existence or both of them are looping over each other, what I mean that they are both writing/feeding each others existence so both or one of them will not vanish. xD. 10. Theoretically speaking, it is possible that there are 4 people who look like Alan. Thomas Zane and his calm psychotic Mr. Scratch(American Nightmare), Alan Wake and his mad sociopath Mr. Scratch(Control Alice's taken picture of screaming Alan, Quantum Break's Return Trailer ). 11. Sorry for my bad English not a native speaker.
@@mr.freaks1456 Thank you and I am glad that my theory was enjoyable :). Took me several game runs of Alan Wake and couple of Control's to see these odd connections, including watching Twin Peaks. :D
TINFOIL HAT THEORY: The doppleganger in the AWE DLC (with Ilkka Villi using his own voice, talking about "our artistic collaboration" after Dr. Darling aka Matthew Porretta is shown on a screen), is Thomas Zane who writes about Alan Wake, who in turn writes about him, so maybe Alan, or both of them, are also fiction made flesh like Alex Casey.
7:51 THANK YOU. finally someone is talking about the return trailer, it’s been haunting me forever because i couldn’t quite understand and connect all the points it makes (i still can’t fully). also DAMN i can’t believe i overlooked the fact that kirklund’s resignation means he left and is still alive!! ughh how could i miss that. also i need to get my hands on that night springs comic don’t i. ALSO also the cult of the tree? the knitting demon woman?? adress unknown?! the tinfoil hats are ON this is exciting
You can get the comics if you have the steam version of the game downloaded. It gives you pdfs of the comics and Alan wake files. And yeah I thought the return trailer was abandoned but considering the alwx casey being real and confirmation of an Anderson family tree in the AWE DLC it seems like they are returning to it. I'm hyped to see how it all unravels.
I doubt Nightingale's plot will be abandoned. Look what they did with Hartmann! By the way, what I really hope to see is better enemy design. I like the idea of the shadow-armor and the light mechanic as a metaphor of the individuation process, but one think I don't like of Alan Wake is that the creature he faces are basically just possessed dudes (and crows, and objects). In American Nightmare there was already more variety. What I hope to see is a mix between the classical monsters found in the collective immaginary of many cultures (werewolfes, vampire, witches...) and the new-weird originality of Control. For example, I don't want something completely alien like an astral spike or something quite common like a werewolf, but something original wich is thematically close to the idea of the man-beast.
I know they originally planned a lot more enemy variety in the first game but most of their ideas got cut due to time constraints. American nightmare did a good job of adding new stuff in. I'm sure they will do even more here.
Man, I’m super excited for this! I’ve loved the series ever since it released on the 360 back in the day. I have 100% completion for Alan wake, Control, and quantum break. I’ll do the same when Alan wakes sequel drops!
Was just re-watching your Foundation DLC stream. But damn this was really really good ! Loved it. I do hope we get Noir York City in Alan Wake II that would be so awesome !! You guys are really the best ! Much love !🥰🥰🤗
🙏 Seeing Noir York would be amazing. I feel it would be the perfect way to link Max Payne with the RCU. Considering Remedy is doing a remake of mp1/2 it is a perfect time for it.
That would be so amazing. That's like 3 of my favorite things. Max Payne, Alan Wake, and Gritty Noire game's with detective crime scene investigation forensic puzzle solving world's.
When I saw the old, knitting woman it immediately made me think of the Norns - three godesses of destiny who spin the lifethreads of humans. They live at the foot of the world-tree Yggdrasill and are also responsible for watering it. This also fits very well with the Cult of the Tree. Note: I know almost nothing about Alan Wake. All I know is from watching this video, and from seeing references to Alan Wake in a playthrough of Control - and the player hasn't gotten to the Alan Wake DLC yet.
Dude you should totally at the very least watch a playthrough. If you don't have the time I recommend going to Hidden Machine's YT channel. They have a great, 'everything you need to know' video.
Great video and cool to hear Yellow Bat as a cameo, he did a great job! :D Looking forward to more footage, after being let down by gamescom. They really teased us during those days, didn't they? I really got my hopes up, even with the knowledge they weren't showing anything in summer. But so far, a lot of theories sound very promising. Gameplay-wise, I think AW2 will follow RE 7 and 8, as well as The Evil Within. Maybe even a semi open-world, like it was planned for the first game.
Open world would make sense. I can't wait to see more so we get an idea what to expect. And thank you Neko! I agree YellowBat did a great job on the narration
I defentley chosed to join the hype for the Rcu and Alan Wake at the right time this year i got to play Alan Wake for the first time via the current gen remaster of the first game and i really enjoyed it and as someone who has struggeld with mental health issues i saw Alan as a really relatable charcter and im really looking forward to Alan Wake 2 Also the Cult of the Tree thing got me thinking what if the cult is like a Court of the Owl like organisation. For those who dont know the Court of the Owls are group from the Batman comics consisting of members from Gothams social elite and have been ruling Gotham from behind the scene since the Cities foundation what if the Tree cult is an organisation like that but for the Bright Falls and Watery area of the state of Washington If this ends up being the case then maybe agents of the cult will act as the games non paranatural human enemies Alan will have to deal with in combat scenarios just food for thought great video btw
Since the sticky note is located just under Watery, I'm guessing they are based out. It feels like a group that may be aware of Cauldron Lake's power and maybe makes use of it on occasion. No clue though.
Another well organized and beautiful video. Also a big hello to Yellowbat. Nice to hear from you. I cannot wait to see how much of this will be further confirmed with future trailers. Can't wait to see what you two do when we get new information. Well done, GU!
I mean Alan Wake was great, but I would love Control sequel. Full crossover with Alan Wake. Let Jesse investigate the town, let her fight the darkness, save Alan and let us play as both characters. Two games in one.
I've got a pet theory that involves a possible connection to the Blessed organization. In the Noir York city areas, theres a marquee for the "Poet's theater" and in the AWE expansion, Zane refers to himself not as a poet, but a film maker who had been working with Alan. I think this may tie in to Blessed productions and their use of the ActionMaxx Camera altered object in the use of film making. The ActionMaxx produces a "Torqued" perception of reality, and while its not confirmed whether its a hallucination or small localized AWE's, I think there may be a connection there.
Oh man I can't wait for Alan Wake 2! I have mixed feelings about videos covering it, on one hand it gets me all hyped up but on the other I'm giddy about something I can't get and may be poorly made.
That knitting demon lady makes me thing that bosses of this game could be artists. Like Whatever painter paints comes to life to fight Alan. They could probably come up with some creative crazy ideas. Do we know what happened to artists in Hartman's lodge? Maybe that reporter guy from Bright Falls webseries could make an appearance. Also that Chester Bless guy.
Great Video, multiple things I didn't notice... really enjoyed it... awesome in depth analysis... this is definitely my most anticipated game... I think you missed the phone that sounds suspiciously like the Hotline from Control and Phones from Max Payne ringing as the scene fades from NYC back to Bright Falls, and also in Concept Art where Alan Wake holds the phone. I'm so glad that remedy is finally working on ALAN WAKE 2. Thank you for this video.
Metallica: "Exit light, enter night!" Alan Wake (chuckles): "You dumb b*tch." All those connections between the different installments of the rcu might be more than just references and easter eggs. They might be genuine set-ups, as discussed by you. I can't recall another example of this in the videogame landscape. Pretty cool.
Agreed. This kind of gaming universe has never been done as far as I know. Trying to piece this together like a puzzle and mystery novel is so much fun.
I absolutely LOVE the alternate artists theory and almost wish they had gone with that because having to fight different twisted artists where their craft is their weapon would be really innovative gameplay.
Time Stamp ua-cam.com/video/oapcsGvg5qI/v-deo.html Another view of this old woman could be as a Fate... or given Remedy's penchant for Norse Lore, a Norn. The Greek Fates, in the form of Clotho, Lachesis and Atropos were known to weave fate's tapestry. In the mindset of the Dark Place and how creators make their works real, this is the sort of place that would make a fate's work real again. The northern cousins of the Fates - the Norn, or Nornir, sometimes referenced as the Wyrd Sisters - Spun fate in very much the same way that their southern cousins did, spinning tapestries and knitting. The two types of fate are so similar, that in Disney's television show "Young Hercules" they teased that they were one and the same and the Fates were double dipping in the pantheons. To show a woman with milky-white eyes also plays upon this legend, because between the three fates, they only had the one eye. Which would be ANOTHER interesting twist if that's the way Remedy is going. What would happen if Alan Wake got his hands on The Eye? Whenever heroes went to go visit the fates, they always went into dark places. Deep, Dark caves, the underworld, dark wastelands and similar. The Fates/Norn would be a grand example of people who've been in the Dark Place for Milenia.
You know that would be a very interesting way to handle it. Yes this version of the Nornir were originally artists but together they got trapped and began altering the fate of the world
So the Oldest house exists in new York city. I theorize a couple things. The game could end with Alan being detained by the FBC and meeting Jesse, she has already been contacted by him and would be directly interested. Or another possible theory of mine is that Just as Jesse was needed to help Alan eventually escape that Alan will be key in releasing the Hiss Control over the Oldest house, there by lifting the lockdown and freeing Jesse. I think both possibilities are high, the latter would make a decently compelling DLC for Alan Wake, just as Controls DLC dealt with him. I think we will likely see him sending his messages to Jesse and through the door at the Oceanview motel, probably in flashback. I'm not 100% how quantum break could fit into everything right now besides being another paranatural situation for the FBC to attempt to deal with. The End of time was a huge issue and we could see a team up of sorts to stop that. With the FBC there are tons of options including more powerful organizations and entities for future projects, with or without Quantum break.
Right off the bat I'm hoping Alan Wake 2 will be indeed an Alan Wake game, mostly at least, instead of Alan Wake 2 (Feat. Jesse Faden). I recall Sam Lake saying the stories can be enjoyed individually or connected. So perhaps post launch we could get another AWE type DLC further connecting these universe for those who are interested. Not that I'm saying I'll outright dislike the game if elements/characters from Control like Ahti who transported to a city near Bright Falls called Watery or Agent Estevez who is monitoring activity there. I'm good with couple of minor references like between Half-Life and Portal. At the end of Portal as GLaDOS sings she mentions Black Mesa, where the first Half-Life takes place and in Half-Life 2: Ep. 2's end the ship named Borealis has Aperture Science's logo on its side. That's it. So you won't need to play one to understand the other. However Sam mentioned also you don't have to play even either of the Alan Wake games to enjoy the sequel, though I find that odd. Why wouldn't you play the first game? I've never been a fan of trying to introduce new people to a series right in the middle of it. Then again, were that the case, I doubt the remaster would've happened. Perhaps that hints about the direction of the sequel. Perhaps characters like Alice nor Barry will be seen. I trust the Taken will be back as the regular enemies and no agents of the bureau will barge in there to explain what's happening. But hey, Control left a lot of questions open and some questions don't need answers, just like Alan quotes Stephen King having said. All I want for the base game is to be Alan's game. But I trust Remedy to know better. I know they know there are some who haven't played Control or just didn't like it. I hope in the future there'll be a documentary about what the sequel was going to be throughout the years although we know some elements went to American Nightmare, QB and Control, now finally leading us to a full sequel. If Control is strongly present in Alan's story going forward, I wouldn't mind them linking QB to it also in the future. I wonder if the return teaser from QB and what we witnessed in AWE are canon and mean anything or whether they're just teasers about the direction of the sequel and Remedy's way of saying, "Don't worry - we haven't abandoned Wake." Like, why was Zane all the sudden a filmmaker? Why was he using Alan as an avatar? Why wasn't he voiced by James McCaffrey? In Remedy's AW2 update few months before they mentioned we will really get to know Alan this time around, and perhaps through Mr. Scratch and other potential doppelgängers he will also see what he is like in the eyes of the general public. In the original pitch demo the people being interviewed had different theories about who Alan is and what happened to him, so perhaps even Zane has become an urban legend amongst people. We know American Nightmare was a spin off and isn't necessarily a MUST PLAY, considering Remedy has no plans remastering that. So I'm approaching Alan Wake 2 as their way of saying, "This is what we wanted to do with the sequel all this time, though through time ideas have evolved." Now, my story prediction is that some basic concepts that have been around for the sequel are still intact. Alan will travel to different places like New York, perhaps the flooded city as shown in the concept art released by Polygon back in 2015 as well as maybe the Arizona desert like in American Nightmare. Like in the original AW2 demo and American Nightmare he has to replicate what's written on the manuscript pages, thus changing reality. Maybe we get choices to affect what Alan writes and each route will come with its own consequences and challenges, like in QB. This time around we might need to build some of our light sources and the Taken are deadlier than ever. I'm cheering for Mr. Scratch to be the main villain as in the pitch demo Remedy said they have big plans for him. At the end of the demo he looks like Alan just like at the end of Ep. 6 of the original game with that grin we also see in AW2's reveal trailer. Whether he'll evolve to that black-suited charming psycho (what Alan looks like in the Harry Garrett show) is yet to be seen. I assume Scratch will torment Alan shifting between the Dark Place and the real world, taunting him like in AN; perhaps using familiar dialogue such as, "I'm getting all the things you never had the balls to go for.", further telling us this is the true continuation to Alan's story with clever winks at us who played American Nightmare. If the Happy Song (You Know I'm A Psycho) from AN doesn't return I'm hoping that the melody will appear as his theme song with several variations. Returning to Control, we could see things transpire we know from it. For example, in one of AWE's case files Alice mentions she has seen Alan appear and lunge at her, but she knows it isn't him. This is most likely Mr. Scratch as he was after her in American Nightmare as well. That would be a killer opening for the game, don't you think? Us controlling Alice in the apartment as the lights go out and she manages to take a picture of him - the one we get alongside the file. You could enjoy that without playing Control, but us who have played would get a little bit more out of it, like, "That's the photo form the file!" We know from American Nightmare Scratch is an agent of some other force combined with the Dark Presence, same as Stretched Hartman was a fusion between the Hiss and The Dark Presence. In one of AN's manuscripts Alan mentions the Dark Place hides many things within it. Scratch doesn't solely answer to the Dark Presence. I look forward to the return of the Old Gods of Asgard as well as the Birdman Taken and perhaps even the bear from AW2's concept art. Imagine Scratch appearing to taunt Alan by quoting him from the first game: "I'd like to call this shot: a city boy, moments before he got eaten by a bear." Since it seems Alan will travel to New York, in one of the AWE files it is said his creation, Alex Casey, is investigating his disappearance. So I take it the two will meet: a creator and his creation; one, who I assume isn't out for his head unlike the Taken. And if he's played by McCaffrey like in the manuscripts at the start of Ep. 2, it will be the closest we'll get to a Alan Wake-Max Payne crossover. Even in Control Dylan alluded in one of his dreams to a NYC cop who was a character in another story/game etc. Anyways, that's my two cents. Hope you don't mind the wall of text. Like you I'm super excited for the sequel. I'm betting we might have to wait all the way to this year's Game Awards to see a proper trailer/demo. The video of Sam explaining why QB was happening instead of AW2 now seems so abstract. One thing is for sure: this game will be one wild ride.
Noir York corollary - Some of the only released Control 2 concept art is is Hiss Relay drones hovering above the streets of New York OUTSIDE the Oldest House. So, maybe Alan using Noir York as part of his escape strategy enables the Hiss to travel through the conceptual relationship between the two cities, letting them break out of the Oldest House and trigger the apocalypse that the FBC has long feared. Of course, Control 2 will be about Jesse and her friends defeating that breakout but it is likely that it will be impossible for the Bureau to fully cover up these events. (with the death or permanent incapacitation of millions of inhabitants of New York and New Jersey Cities... Unless they can present the evens it as the filming of the newest story from the unique mind... of Alan Wake. I love the idea of Alan ending up as part of the Bureau management team, possibly taking over as the head of the Investigation Sector (at Kirkland's personal recommendation).
Absolutely loved the video, saw some stuff that i might have needed earlier. Wrote a whole ass story about Dark Precence getting a new face from an Andersen grandaughter. So excited fro the game though.
It will be interesting to see what they do and don't incorporate from American Nightmare, especially with Mr Scratch. With all these different Alan's running around in the franchise, it's sometimes hard to keep track :D Alan Wake The insane side of Alan Wake The rational side of Alan Wake Alan with a TV on his head Mr Scratch Mr Scratch 2? The cardboard cut-out Alan 🤣
I'm going through your videos as I do a casual run on control and picking up new tidbits. But in regards to tree cult. There's a document referring to a man who went missing in the black Quarry for s but was found under some rubble in the quarry two weeks later. Going on about carvings and a "ancient tree". He was interogatted and hauled off by FBC. the file is labeled "Quarry Worker incident' in the unofficial section of correspondence.
I don't want to say anything because I'm not sure how far you are in Control. But as long as you have the DLCs you'll get more info about that quarry worker and what happened in that document.
So I'm currently playing control and there's a correspondence document called "Quarry Worker Incident" in the document it is addressed to the wife of a Worker named David, who had been missing for 2 weeks, when David remerged he was talking about carvings and an "ancient tree" could this possibly be a reference to the cult of the tree? May it be possible that there is a threshold both in the oldest house and in the outside world that both lead to this ancient tree and that the cult has somehow found these thresholds?
I'm not sure how far into the game you are, but the 'Tree' David is mentioning is found at some point. Even discussed more openly in the Foundation DLC. So I won't say much on it. You'll know it when you see it.
My own tinfoil hat theory for Alan Wake 2 is that it will, at least in part, take place during the 2002 Ordinary AWE and perhaps one of the Slide Projector Slides lead to the Dark Place. The House slide discussed in one of the research documents of the various Stages of the Ordinary AWE sounds an awful lot like Barbara Jagger’s house in the woods. It’s also clear from the whiteboard in the Research Sector detailing the Shoebox Altered Item that the Bright Falls and Ordinary AWEs might be related. And we know time doesn’t work the way it does in our world in the Dark Place so perhaps a part of Alan Wake 2 will have him somehow coming to Ordinary during the apex of the Altered World Event that happened in 2002 or perhaps even another one happening in present day Ordinary. Just a theory tho who knows what Alan Wake 2 will hold. Also I would love to see a video diving into the Ordinary AWE and what we currently know about it if you get the chance. It’s surprising not talked about a lot online, but perhaps that will be what Control 2 focuses on. Perhaps the Ordinary AWE happens again except instead of a small ordinary town it happens in a big ordinary city. New York City maybe. Just my thoughts tho always excited to watch your guys vids.
I'm still on standby for the Ordinary AWE. I can almost guarantee we will get some form of story that covers it in full. Whether that be a book, short film, etc. I'd love to learn more what happens there
Cult of the tree could have something to do with the oldest house (because of its relation to the tree from Norse mythology) or better yet have something to do with the tree that was struck around the time of Zane’s AWE
If I were to do that it would likely be a breakdown of the Paul Serene white board which goes over his full timeline. Seems like a fitting enough way to handle it. Plus we can bring up Artemis
What do you think is the relation between these two symbols: 2 triangles side by side forming W; and one on top of the other (cult of the tree)? They are both in the AW2 trailer: former is on the wall by the subway entrance, latter is on the tree in the beginning. The "W" symbol made of twigs (amulet) is also present on the demonstration image of the new Remedy logo. "The three points represent your spiritual journey as well as your, past, present, and future. For Pagans, the three points can also represent the three phases of the moon. Triangles pointing downwards are a universal symbol of fertility and female empowerment. Triangles pointing upwards represent masculinity and the fire element."
Just completed Control and nearly done with Alan Wake again, all of these points are spot on! Can’t wait to see what is created by remedy, I bet it’s going to be years worth of research and theory 😁tempted to play quantum break again now
Here's my tinfoil hat theory: Oldest House used to be the World Tree i.e Yggdrasil, that's where the Cult of the Tree angle comes in. It's a neo pagan cult of some sorts. Thor and Odin are both literal Thor and Odin from norse mythology, except they were never gods just parautilitarians who were worshipped as gods back then because people didn't know any better. They are both kept alive due to exposure to their service weapon, which used to be Mjollnir (and at some point also Excalibur). Jesse will appear in AW2 and the service weapon will morph into a hammer in Thor's presence, may get wielded by him again temporarily.
Mere speculations from my sleeping two dreams i had about Alan wake. I dreamed about Alan wake sometimes...I was an Shopkeeper where in the shop two old lady's where in my very bright lighted shop..One of the old lady's wanted choclate milk? , I saw Athi in an Neon car , And afterthat an Selfriding car when i shine with my flashlight..The car doors opens and darkness disolves into an skeleton bones on the ground , Hearing the voice of Alan Wake in my dream i don't know what he is said anymore i forgot , But i did see what seems like an Mr.scatch near some ice cream freezer and red dimm light around him in the horse shedd. But anyway i try and track those sleeping dreams of myn... Last night i was Alan wake?? There was an woman with me while is was alan wake...There was alot of females coming into the building and for an brief moment in view infront of me when i turn around...Alot of children art on the ceiling and on the wall infront of me...One of them was Sora from Kingdom hearts what i recognize. When the Females came in the building this Pink costume girl started fan girlling toward me happy..For my own sake i ran away because my personal distaste for the color pink i hide in the brightly lit toilet/bathroom...After that i came into an the door what looks like an school or gym building? There were alot of brown skinned younger students who greeted me and hand over an microphone were i started rapping in that gym...Then suddenly the light went out and an NPC scream i heared...Then i woke up. I do see a bright light flash of light while on the bed closing my eye's when i was listening to Poets of the Fall - My Dark Disquiet on my mp3 player. Last night the light was bright Yellow. Whatever the dreams want to tell or AWE i see reflection while im going through my own life of heavy hard work and think about how scary Alan wake would be after reading some in the Control document thing. Re watching this becoming an monster thing truely frightening. Alan wake and American nightmare from Xbox360 then followed me trough NSwitch Control AWE DLC...Insane. If other people dream about Alan wake in their sleeping dream is there an website when i do get those dreams to post them there??? Would be AWEsome (Pun intended) to know i am not the only one...Having those dreams. I do not work for Remedy so...Well... In Trove mmo i was an VP in Club called Remedy in Trove when i said Alan wake...But that place was very claustphobic and very small and wanted me to do alot of work where i was like no...Too cramped. I guess i'll never leave the Remedyverse thats one thing that's for sure. XD In fiction or IRL. inspiring for sure. Greet's from the Netherlands.
Tinfoil Hat theory: Given the World Tree symbology tied to the Oldest House, what if the Cult of the Tree are worshipping the World Tree? Could easily fit with the primeval forest terminology used in the final vision from Alan Wake remastered.
Another thing we know, Hartman is dead as much as it pains me to say it he was killed by Jesses in the AWE expansion so he cannot come back in any way other than time travel or (if this takes place before control) between control and alan wake when Hartman was possessed by the dark presence I believe there was a gap between but its been a bit
I may be stupid, but I think there is a in-universe reason for Allan Wake 2 to be a survival game. Survival games are usually longer than many other games, if not open-ended. This woulld give Allan more time in his story. Idk. Just a random thought.
I think it is partially that and partially the survival horror genre generally sells better. Sam mentioned they went back and forth k what style of gameplay to include based upon the trends that come and go.
I have a funny feeling Alan Wake 2's timeline will not be in order I think this entry will be the most peculiar and most difficult to ascertain what exactly is going on in any Remedy game. Remedy said the original is an action game with horror elements and Alan Wake 2 will be pure horror. Given where the character Alan Wake is (trapped in the Dark) I'm not sure Alan Wake 2 will be anything like the original in terms of story, gameplay or structure.
@@GamingUniversityUoG Oh, naturally! As with any of us here, I wouldn't want it to be a carbon copy of TEW2's gameplay with the ability to light flares thrown in. I think Remedy could pull off a blend of the two quite remarkably without compromising what made the original game feel so memorable.
When you said that women said something wonderful is coming it reminded me of what dr Darling said in his last message , he said something wonderful is coming do you think it's a coincidence ? What if the Control story and all its characters were created by Alan Wake in order to escape the dark place ? Iet's not forget that Alan wake is the avatar of Sam Lake in his own story so is it impossible that what we saw in Control was just Alan expanding his universe using mythology and science in order to make the impossible ... possible within the rules of storytelling ? That would explain why Alan could know about jesse and polaris and why he was able to modify the elevator and starting the AWE ...
Hard to say. The hitchhiker in the game's prologue actually has a backstory. He was a character Alan started to write but never finished the story. So the character was pissed and would haunt Alan in his subconscious
@@GamingUniversityUoG What would be cool is if a character says to the hitchhiker something like, "Don't you understand why Alex or I never finished the story? If Alex or I had, you'd be dead or, at worst, gone." The reason why I specify "Dead" and "Gone" as two separate entities is because "Dead" refers to your brain shutting down and your soul + spirit leaving your body for the afterlife. In contrast, the "Gone" refers to being entirely removed from existence. No soul nor spirit remains, no corpse is left behind, and you are just gone.
*PLEASE REPLY, ANYONE.* Oh! That bit about the Oceanview Hotel reminded me of a bit in Control I noticed during my current go through: I do not remember which journey through the hotel it was but during it you can hear voices outside the hotel, they are of two people banging on the door asking to be let in because they need rooms and then complaining that the hotel was closed. I could not get to the middle of the place and look out fast enough but this does indicate that the hotel is a real place (possible place of power?) in a real objective reality, does anyone else remember that bit of dialogue and have thoughts on it? _Addendum: There is also the incident with a man screaming in the hotel and you coming across a pool of blood seeping out from under the door of one of the far rooms that never open. Anyone know who that was?_
Regarding the addendum, I believe there is a tape recording in the Investigations Sector from a FBC agent who became separated from his squad inside the Oceanview motel and trapped in one of the rooms, seemingly for a long time. Maybe my memory isn’t correct, but he started seeing things that began to affect his physical wellbeing. I wonder if his decay is represented by the blood seeping out from one of the locked doors.
someone said about the ghost light album by potf that the last phrase of the latest song was likely could be connected to Alan Jesse and max and even jack... first one is Alan a man lost in darkness and battle for hope ( if we noticed in DLC in American nightmare awe DLC dark presence use hope weapon to take action. how you can use it? take something you are really passionate about it for Anderson was crow for alan Alice for Zane barbara ( for the yellow bat if he lives in Iran would be new roles by our fking gov for the internet and me too :) ) next are those who are surrounded to fire could max in (mp 1 and mp 2 even mp3) max surrendered to fire and he escaped all time the last one could be Jesse who illuminates a history of alan and make case open in the real world on Alan wake case after 10 years. this could be jack too who fixes the fracture of time too..... two alan tin foil theory is more likable than other theories like Alan is Thomas Zane I think Thomas Zane as the face of alan will be Mr scratch or a new face of dark presence..... about agent nightingale we thought he maybe is the shadow of the dark presence or is not true all we all was wrong ... maybe he is the one still can see shadows in the corner and learned about Alan just played all time by barbara.... alan takes a time back too ensure everyone is safe and shows our agents weirdness of bright falls to make him stop research about him or call Alex Cassey? idunno sam created one of multi layer story I've ever seen in games this connected universe is soo confusing for casual players and i love it and hate it at same time
One thing that comes to my mind, speaking of tin foil hat theories, is all the things San Lake, I think, is inspired by. With Control and Alan Wake, I can talk about two things: Twin Peaks and SCP Foundation. Sam's (and mine) love for Twin Peaks makes me think that the "two Alan" theory has a decent chance of being relevant given how agent Cooper (protagonist of Twin Peaks) went through a similar metamorphosis in the 3rd season of the show. We know why and how the story went for agent Cooper, - I'm excited to see if Alan Wake his some of the same notes and beats. SCP Foundation is obviously one of the biggest sources of inspiration for Control (pls check out out of you haven't yet). It has multiple mutually-incompatible and paradoxical cannons, and if I have to pick one that would fit Alan Wake's story really well, it would be any of the "narrative bending" works by Dr. Placeholder McD (SCP-6747 is a great example for experienced lore hunters). So I'm excited to see how this concept of blurring the line that separates reality from fiction from the story of Alan Wake, is evolved into something more deep and rich. SCP lore hosts a lot of really interesting ways to toy with this idea: there are things and objects and characters that are fictional only to some degree, that use the 4th wall as a strategic defence mechanism, or escape their stories completely into reality.
No trench and many of the others are simply dead at this point. Now if there is a spiritual reality that they go to that's a while other thing. Dark Place is a very specific thing.
I have a question will Alan's wife be present in Alan wake 2 as her actress has died in IRL, could be she be recast or they will state that she died in the 13 year gap waiting for alan i want to know what do you think ?
Yeah it was released I believe with the original game. But if you have the steam version you'll have access to it in the game files. There are two comics
I have 2 things I'm really hoping they DON'T do. 1: Heavily lean into the connected universe Control AWE stuff. Alan Wake is a superior game and story and it completely should remain it's own thing, not just be something happening in Alan's or someone else's head inside another games universe or whatever. 2: Turn it into the RE2 remake. When they said they're doing survival horror, I was worried the original vision was changed and they had been literally directly influenced by these Resident Evil remakes. The unique and fun way Alan Wake plays is one of the best things about it, and if they turn it into a slow, over the shoulder, Evil Within situation that would be absolutely horrible and really a kick in the teeth to the fans. I'm essentially hoping that they stick to the original vision (as much as possible) they had for the sequel to begin with, before Microsoft shut it down and forced them to make Quantum Break.
So I have a question, I heard from a friend that Alan wake american nightmare is contridicting the dlc AWE from control's dlc, so it is not cannon. Is that true? Because I tried playing Alan wake A.N. but it gave me Bioshock infinite vibes (a disapointing 3rd installmnet, the prevsious 2 were great) and if the plot doesn't matter, then I don't Have to play him.
I personally think it matters on your definition of "canon" American Nightmare is one of Alan's many attempts to escape the dark place, a story in which he destroys Mr.Scratch and replaces him in the real world. He even succeeds in this mission though at the end we are given the impression that his victory is not a real one, it's the Dark Place or Maybe Scratch playing with his mind making him think he has won.
Alan wake A.N. is an attempt at escaping the dark place and goes into more detail on Mr. Scratch. It's canon adjacent because Control brings up Mr. Scratch slightly and how Control itself is another bigger attempt that may or may not work. The real benefit, at least for me, is how Alan wake A.N. explains how the reality warping powers work, which they kept for AWE.
If you want a fuller breakdown I have a video on the canonicity of American nightmare. But considering how this universe works the word doesn't mean much. The story is centered on a writer with access to supernatural powers of creation. So even retcons are canon since Alan is trying several different things to escape and trying to find what worked. In the end AN is a self contained story which is one failed attempt to escape. It provides a lot of world building on how the rules of the dark place work.
Correct. Rockstar owns the IP for Max Payne currently despite it being Remedy's baby. Earlier this year it was announced that Rockstar is allowing Remedy to remake MP1 and 2 without transferring the IP rights. I believe how the deal is working out is Rockstar invests all production costs for the project and Remedy uses their team to do it.
Alan Wake (1) was a perfect game, 10/10. Quantum Break was a mediocre shooter with a clumsily told story (too many readable collectibles to find. Part of the story told in a totally detached in-game menu taht let's you access diaries, etc.) Control was an insultingly bad shooter (backtracing, useless side missions, etc.) with an insultingly bad story, almost exclusively told through readable collectibles. I hope Alan Wake 2 will be a linear, non open-world / non-metroidvania style game with preferably NO readable collectibles that can be found AT ALL - or they should at least be used sparingly, like in Alan Wake. You were looking forward to the story bits in Alan Wake, by the half way point of Control, I was so fed up with the BS, that I ignored it all and just rushed through the story.
Do they still have that awful story thread that Alan Wake created Jesse, the Organization and the Hiss or did they retcon that to grow the universe instead of shrinking everything to just be cause of the lake?
That theory that Alan created Jesse was never accurate. Even in the art book one of the writers confirms he can't create a person from nothing. I think the closest thing he may have done is cause the Hiss invasion for the sole purpose of initiating Jesse as a leader/hero. But he isn't a god who made her.
Thanks for having me, it was great to talk about our favorite writer😊
Now if you'll excuse me, I'll be back in my dark basement editing videos untill the game comes out!
From what I'm seeing from some comments you may need to come up to the surface more often!
Thank you for everything you do buddy.
Your editing work on this was excellent. Thank you for your time and effort to make these videos even more visually interesting
are you the darkviperau editor? i love your edits!
Your right, that light bulb looks like the one he's carrying in the teaser, what a cool band
In the song " take control" there's a backmasked reference to the cult of the tree. " in their drunken fever state, seeing double profoundly, they pyramid in the stolen file becomes a spruce tree"
I'll have to think on that. Makes sense but I never connected the two.
Second that.
2. Anderson brothers multiple times addressed Alan as Tom
This is actually a great theory... That would be such a mind-f***... And your English is totally fine, btw.
Bro bro bro!
This is legit when i am reading and thinking about your comment
Your theory is relevant and possible!
@@mr.freaks1456 Thank you and I am glad that my theory was enjoyable :). Took me several game runs of Alan Wake and couple of Control's to see these odd connections, including watching Twin Peaks. :D
Your efforts were very helpful to understanding this complicated universe
It brought my confused mind a closure!
“More Ahti”
Please god we need Ahti back!
We have only talked to him for like, 30 minutes but he was so cool
If Ahti doesn't get at least a cameo we riot lol
Mixing up the two universes together will definitely allow them to come up with more enemy variety, that's for sure.
@MIS_behave I DON'T want werewolves and vampires, but something thematically similar. Some new-weird monsters who remind of old human fears.
Remedy can take their sweet time making the next game, no need to hurry things up
I fully agree. I'd rather them be proud of what they release instead of rushing it just to have it out.
Man, I’m super excited for this! I’ve loved the series ever since it released on the 360 back in the day. I have 100% completion for Alan wake, Control, and quantum break. I’ll do the same when Alan wakes sequel drops!
Same here! I can't describe how hyped I am for this.
Had to come back to this video. I'm dying for new Alan Wake content.
I'm fully expecting some kind of announcement in quarter 2 of this year.
Looking forward to more footage, after being let down by gamescom.
I defentley chosed to join the hype for the Rcu and Alan Wake at the right time
this year i got to play Alan Wake for the first time via the current gen remaster of the first game and i really enjoyed it
and as someone who has struggeld with mental health issues i saw Alan as a really relatable charcter and im really looking forward to Alan Wake 2
Also the Cult of the Tree thing got me thinking what if the cult is like a Court of the Owl like organisation.
For those who dont know the Court of the Owls are group from the Batman comics consisting of members from Gothams social elite and have been ruling Gotham from behind the scene since the Cities foundation
what if the Tree cult is an organisation like that but for the Bright Falls and Watery area of the state of Washington
If this ends up being the case then maybe agents of the cult will act as the games non paranatural human enemies Alan will have to deal with in combat scenarios
just food for thought
great video btw
Since the sticky note is located just under Watery, I'm guessing they are based out. It feels like a group that may be aware of Cauldron Lake's power and maybe makes use of it on occasion. No clue though.
Been waiting for this video, alway great to a see a notification of an upload from the Dean!
Hey there! Hope you enjoy it.
Hey Yellow Bat, nice to hear you here, great voice! I am personally really excited to see more of Ahti!
If he doesn't show up in AW2 we riot lol.
Another well organized and beautiful video. Also a big hello to Yellowbat. Nice to hear from you. I cannot wait to see how much of this will be further confirmed with future trailers. Can't wait to see what you two do when we get new information. Well done, GU!
Hey there princess! Thank you! And yeah you can bet we will be covering every trailer drop.
Good idea gu. Last Friday I turned 23 and I got the Alan Wake novelization by Rick Burroughs!
Happy late birthday dude! Enjoy the book, it is an interesting take on the story.
I wanted to know so bad more about Noir York City. Hell yeah
Dude if they do pull the Noir York stuff I'd lose my shit
I was not a-WAKE when this dropped looking forward to it.
Respect and keep up the epic work.
Appreciate you dude
I mean Alan Wake was great, but I would love Control sequel. Full crossover with Alan Wake. Let Jesse investigate the town, let her fight the darkness, save Alan and let us play as both characters. Two games in one.
Control 2 is already announced to be in pre-production. It will be separate from this Alan Wake plot.
Control is way better fr
Yeah nah I'm fine with both separate games. And control is getting a sequel
Hey yellow bat nice to hear ya. Great job and another great video guys. Thank you
Thanks a bunch chris!
Metallica: "Exit light, enter night!"
Alan Wake (chuckles): "You dumb b*tch."
All those connections between the different installments of the rcu might be more than just references and easter eggs.

Another view of this old woman could be as a Fate... or given Remedy's penchant for Norse Lore, a Norn.
I think AW2 will end with him exiting (returning) through the Oceanview to the Oldest House.
Im looking forward to your play through of AWII as well as all of your deep dives into all of its lore!
It is going to be a busy time for analysis once it comes out!
So I'm approaching Alan Wake 2 as their way of saying, "This is what we wanted to do with the sequel all this time, though through time ideas have evolved."
Now, my story prediction is that some basic concepts that have been around for the sequel are still intact.
Nice video. I greatly enjoyed Yellow Bat's narration. They have a sonarous and soothing voice.
He was worried about his voice too. Good to hear everyone is enjoying his involvement here as well!
Alan Wake looking so much like Bradley Cooper on that close up lol
I loved how everyone thought Jake Gyllenhaal was playing Alan when this trailer dropped lol.
@@GamingUniversityUoG 😂
I just want Alice and Alan to be back together
all i know alan wake 2 its gonna GOTY 100 %
If it doesn't it was rigged lol
I really don't care what it's about I just want it, I need it, I must have it! And I must do my own video on the franchise before the sequel!
Do it! I'd love to check out any AW2 stuff you put out.
Noir York makes even more sense given Essej.
I just want some more Address Unknown love lol
I really enjoyed watching. I've always loved these mind-splitting games from Remedy. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
You got it! This series always sucks me into its wacky universe
That old lady concept art reminded me of the "Not-Mother" who eventually corrupted the Ordinary kids.
That's a disturbing image considering the method she uses to turn them into Dung Monkeys.
@@GamingUniversityUoG well it's gonna be an M-rated game. Might as well include breast feeding quick time event...
What if we're going to return to the oldest house too?
That would be awesome. But I think the closest we'll get is maybe the oceanview
Absolutely loved the video, saw some stuff that i might have needed earlier. Wrote a whole ass story about Dark Precence getting a new face from an Andersen grandaughter. So excited fro the game though.
Should have got this out sooner lol. I'm psyched for the sequel too. Cant wait.
It will be interesting to see what they do and don't incorporate from American Nightmare, especially with Mr Scratch. With all these different Alan's running around in the franchise, it's sometimes hard to keep track :D
Alan Wake
The insane side of Alan Wake
The rational side of Alan Wake
Alan with a TV on his head
Mr Scratch
Mr Scratch 2?
The cardboard cut-out Alan 🤣
ooo, i like the other artists and inter-dimensional travel ideas
It would be cool as hell if they did that
I think Alex Casey is the analog for the Alan Wake and Max Payne team up we didn't know we wanted.
Pretty much the same. However, since Rockstar is letting remedy remake Max Payne 1 and 2 we may be allowed a more direct connection. Fingers crossed!
Lol I'm so easy.
The second they pronounced Mr. Scratch's name correctly, I liked the video.
I'd love to learn more what happens there
@@GamingUniversityUoG ...and who was the original owner, or, maybe, the creator of the Slide Projector in the first place.
Cult of the tree could have something to do with the oldest house (because of its relation to the tree from Norse mythology) or better yet have something to do with the tree that was struck around the time of Zane’s AWE
From the whispers I've heard it seems to be related to the town of Watery. Not sure how though. It would make sense if the House was involved too.
If the cult of the tree was influenced by the dark presence then wouldn’t that make their beliefs retroactively true?
Could you make a video explaining the Quantum Break story in chronological order, kinda like a "What happened In Quantum Break?" Type of video.
If I were to do that it would likely be a breakdown of the Paul Serene white board which goes over his full timeline. Seems like a fitting enough way to handle it. Plus we can bring up Artemis
I'm so excited for this game man
Same here dude!
Can’t wait to see what is created by remedy, I bet it’s going to be years worth of research and theory 😁tempted to play quantum break again now
You know I'll be going full steam in theory crafting once the game is released!
Very excited for the future of Remedy.
Max Payne remake, Alan Wake 2. Gonna be a great year
And Control 2 just got announced!
Alex Casey is Sami Järvi
Here's my tinfoil hat theory:
Oldest House used to be the World Tree i.e Yggdrasil, that's where the Cult of the Tree angle comes in.
Nightingale is already in one of the DLCs of control. So we know his end
I presume you're thinking of Hartman. Nightingale is still missing.
Mere speculations from my sleeping two dreams i had about Alan wake.
I dreamed about Alan wake sometimes...I was an Shopkeeper where in the shop two old lady's where in my very bright lighted shop..One of the old lady's wanted choclate milk? ,
I saw Athi in an Neon car ,
And afterthat an Selfriding car when i shine with my flashlight..The car doors opens and darkness disolves into an skeleton bones on the ground , Hearing the voice of Alan Wake in my dream i don't know what he is said anymore i forgot , But i did see what seems like an Mr.scatch near some ice cream freezer and red dimm light around him in the horse shedd.
XD
In fiction or IRL.
inspiring for sure.
I wish Sam Lake saw your videos and upgraded the story accordingly. It would make a great storyline
Dude that would be incredible. I'm still hoping to get a reference tot he archivist stuff when control 2 comes around. I'd lose it if they did.
Can you study the psychology of Eve from No Straight Roads?
Never heard of this game. I'll need to play it first.
@@GamingUniversityUoG Thanks for giving my suggestion a chance!
no theories about the new qr codes in the remastered version? one of them literally describes the ending or the start of alan wake 2
That's something we may discuss later. However, in the next podcast we discuss the QR codes a little. Should be going live tomorrow
@@GamingUniversityUoG thanks. you mentioned a pending release window. when do you think that is? and when do you think we'll get another trailer?
I have a funny feeling Alan Wake 2's timeline will not be in order I think this entry will be the most peculiar and most difficult to ascertain what exactly is going on in any Remedy game. Remedy said the original is an action game with horror elements and Alan Wake 2 will be pure horror. Given where the character Alan Wake is (trapped in the Dark) I'm not sure Alan Wake 2 will be anything like the original in terms of story, gameplay or structure.
I hope that Jesse Faden is a secondary playable character in the game, this will be so dope if happens.
I think when it comes to gameplay and overall feel of the game, that we might be getting something akin to The Evil Within 2.
I could see it. Hopefully it doesn't go that far with the survival horror aspect. But portions of EW2 are amazing in its structure and can fit in.
The Cult of the Tree has to do something with the White Pyramid and The Former...
Would a character stay forever if the manuscript was never finished and/or ended with "This story lasts forever?"
If Alex or I had, you'd be dead or, at worst, gone."
The reason why I specify "Dead" and "Gone" as two separate entities is because "Dead" refers to your brain shutting down and your soul + spirit leaving your body for the afterlife. In contrast, the "Gone" refers to being entirely removed from existence. No soul nor spirit remains, no corpse is left behind, and you are just gone.
*PLEASE REPLY, ANYONE.*
Oh!
I wonder if his decay is represented by the blood seeping out from one of the locked doors.
someone said about the ghost light album by potf that the last phrase of the latest song was likely could be connected to Alan Jesse and max and even jack... first one is Alan a man lost in darkness and battle for hope ( if we noticed in DLC in American nightmare awe DLC dark presence use hope weapon to take action. how you can use it? take something you are really passionate about it for Anderson was crow for alan Alice for Zane barbara ( for the yellow bat if he lives in Iran would be new roles by our fking gov for the internet and me too :) ) next are those who are surrounded to fire could max in (mp 1 and mp 2 even mp3) max surrendered to fire and he escaped all time the last one could be Jesse who illuminates a history of alan and make case open in the real world on Alan wake case after 10 years. this could be jack too who fixes the fracture of time too..... two alan tin foil theory is more likable than other theories like Alan is Thomas Zane I think Thomas Zane as the face of alan will be Mr scratch or a new face of dark presence..... about agent nightingale we thought he maybe is the shadow of the dark presence or is not true all we all was wrong ... maybe he is the one still can see shadows in the corner and learned about Alan just played all time by barbara.... alan takes a time back too ensure everyone is safe and shows our agents weirdness of bright falls to make him stop research about him or call Alex Cassey? idunno sam created one of multi layer story I've ever seen in games this connected universe is soo confusing for casual players and i love it and hate it at same time
Alan Wake 2 better be a bloody long and great game to justify getting me this hyped, I tell you it ain't good for my blood pressure! 😂
I'm really looking forward to see how the dominoes fall on this one. So many possibilities
So is trench and others from control in the dark place too.???? That was always a question I ask my safe a lot.
Love the Noir York theory
I think it would be so freaken cool
Alan Wake should be made mandatory by governments worldwide for everyone to play and pour their heads into the lore.
well we know about nightingale now
Happy we got confirmation in that bit at least
I wonder if Alan will finally wake? He's been on it for a while now...
We can only hope. The reveal trailer told us not to get our Hope's up but he better get a relatively happy ending.

Oh God imagine Bob Ross being an enemy what he could do or Picasso ARRRRRRRRR.
Dude don't even put out that meme of a Bob Ross enemy here. I would lose my shit lmao.
im terrified of anyone who works for the FBC and lives long enough to see regular retirement
I know of only two that managed it. Kirkland quit and Breaker retired
There was a comic?
Yeah it was released I believe with the original game. But if you have the steam version you'll have access to it in the game files. There are two comics
😎👍🏿
Thanks bro
Update: they did all the bad things…
@@brightfalls6788 Which are?
im guessing the whole game is going to take place in the dark place ...
I personally think it matters on your definition of "canon"
American Nightmare is one of Alan's many attempts to escape the dark place, a story in which he destroys Mr.Scratch and replaces him in the real world. He even succeeds in this mission though at the end we are given the impression that his victory is not a real one, it's the Dark Place or Maybe Scratch playing with his mind making him think he has won.
So basically. everything that happened during American Nightmare is canon, though it's a failed attempt by Alan.
For what it's worth, I don't remember anything in American Nightmare that contradicts the other games.
Wait wait wait doesn't rockstar own max payne ip
@@GamingUniversityUoG so its impossible for a shared universe involving max payne.
Alan Wake (1) was a perfect game, 10/10.
Quantum Break was a mediocre shooter with a clumsily told story (too many readable collectibles to find. Part of the story told in a totally detached in-game menu taht let's you access diaries, etc.)
Control was an insultingly bad shooter (backtracing, useless side missions, etc.) with an insultingly bad story, almost exclusively told through readable collectibles.
You two need to be more Infront of the mic together
I'm planning on it.
But he isn't a god who made her.
i personally think alan is going to die
I dont want to even consider that. The thought leaves a pit in my stomach.
