I competed back in the day we never had issues figuring where we were supposed to switch around. Watching these girls try to figure where they were supposed to stand was nuts. Did they just not know their own number?

I really don't understand the movements and the style of walking. Posing is important of course but the transitions just look bad to me but what do I know
the movements is showcasing the muscles and shape. they are always flexing and posing.

Because periods causes the body/belly to bloat ,and i imagine thats a Big no no for this type of competition 🤔
I’ve wondered this as well. I think the low body fat would cause periods to be very very light that odd is if they have one

I believe that the amount of PEDs they take might have some influence on their period. It probably stops completely while they are on PEDs
having low body fat combined with their PED use causes amenorrhea (loss of period)

Assuming you've never attended a contest? The judges move them around to see where they are eventually going to place them. They can't do that if everyone stays in numerical order.
