I could be wrong here but I think the point he was trying to make was that yes, we have the highest amount of reported COVID cases but that is because we have the most robust testing than most any other countries. I could be wrong here but I think the point he was trying to make was that yes, we have the highest amount of reported COVID cases but that is because we have the most robust testing than most any other countries.
