    Thank you for the explanation.
Not above the law, that is the law. Good to know.

UA-cam can de-platform, shadowban, and copyright strike anything within their universe, but they can't find and blocking a spamming ass-avatar?

Regarding immunity.. The Constitution is clear on this and the Constitution means exactly what it says. Move on from that departure point.

Immunity is like the Sun rising. Once you get a little it spreads.
    Right???

Wow! That immunity court case is incredibly troubling. That's the biggest problem I have with the judiciary, they usurp power that they were never intended to have, literally make up stuff pulling it out of their asses, and the rest of the world and the governmental branches always defer to them.
I'd like to know at what pivotal point in American history did the judiciary migrate from constitutional interpreters of the laws and the constitution to little kings/dictators that are unstoppable when corrupted.
The only thing that makes me want to keep the judiciary, is because once in a blue moon, when even the rest of the world is bonkers (like in civil rights cases) a court will provide reason and make positive change. Other than that I really don't care for the current judiciary and how it works. I'd like to find a better way of doing things.

In a,related question Justice Thomas rather gratuitously opined that Jack smith was, illegally appointed and funded. Judge Cannon took that giant hint and opined that way in throwing out the case. Given that US v Arthrex supersedes,Morrison v,Olsen on this subject does Mr Dershowitz offer an opinion as to whether SCOTUS would uphold Cannon if it came to it?

    Orthodox Jewish Bible
    Yeshayah 54:17
17 No keli (weapon, instrument) that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every leshon (tongue) that shall rise against thee in mishpat (judgment, accusation) tarshi’i (thou shalt condemn, prove false, refute, prove wrong). This is the nachalat avdei Hashem (the heritage of the servants of Hashem), and their tzedakah (righteousness, vindication) is from Me, saith Hashem.
