This video is EVERYTHING, some of these designers I never heard and I am going to DEFINITELY be shopping at ALL of them. You were giving looks honey 🔥🔥🔥🔥
This is awesome. So many designers make plus sized peices but not in store online only! 😡 Love these designers because they love regular sized women! Many times we thicker ladies are under repped and under appreciated. Kuddos to you for shining a spot light ❤.
This video is so on point! I didn't know about these designers. Very exciting to watch. I've got to share this video with others and I will be rewatching it. I've got to take notes girl!! Lol
It's sad I don't know any of these designers but because of you I can shop you are definitely top tier thanks so much for bringing these designers to our attention
The owner of Diyanu is lovely! I have been to the warehouse a few times. She has a great variety of African inspired clothing. Just FYI - her fabrics used to authentic African prints and made in the USA. Now her clothing is designed in the US but made in China. She always has coupons, sales and has a rewards program.
Gorgeous pieces! I am looking for a beautiful dress to wear to my daughter’s wedding this fall… I will check out their websites… Appreciate you sharing the information.. So good to see so many new options… Much success to the designers… 💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥
Hi Alisa! I knew a few of these, but not all. One I'm very familiar with is D'iyanu. I love them because of their use of pattern and color. I'm going to look up a few of my unknowns.
Wow! This video was so very informative. I cannot wait to try some of these designers. So many that I have not heard of before. Love so many of their designs. TFS. BTW, love the hair. 🥰
I'm so happy to see clothing by black women. Sadly, I can't wear any of them. I have no hips and flat butt, and it's very hard finding things that actually fit me. Aren't there models that's shaped like me, Inverted triangle, or as some say V shaped?
Question about Jibri...are the clothes really true to size? They dont run a little small or a little big? There's this dress that I want and I want to make sure it's the right.
The only thing that bugs me is that some of these designers don't accept returns. (I didn't check all of them; just speaking about the ones I was interested in buying from). These clothes cost hundreds of dollars an item, and are only available online, so the fact that I can't get my money back if an item doesn't look good on me or doesn't fit, is unacceptable. Even all the haute couture designers accept returns. I would love to support these companies, but I don't shop anywhere that doesn't accept returns. I understand that they're small businesses, but they need to find a better business model other than stealing my money.
Christian Oneshun made my daughters prom dress. She is a gem.

I peeped that lovely print dress in the back and knew it had to be Diarra Blu! Love how Nakimuli shows how pieces look on different sizes.

Looks like Diarrablu doesn't have any visual representation of plus size on their Instagram.
VERY BEAUTIFUL 😍
