Neville Goddard described a technique called "I remember when..." So you can say, "I remember when I used to believe that/this...." This statement infers that you no longer believe this and the subconscious mind will accept...Then you can replace with "I believe this..."

Aaron, one of the (many) good things about your videos is the overwhelming number of people on the comments section who are on the same path. Its so comforting for me because Im the black sheep of my family and I feel so lonely sometimes. I cant go back to religion as it has done more harm to me than good, especially after all the life experiences Ive had. Im 25 now, and its still hard for me to navigate around religious family who think Im unusual and on the 'wrong path'. Im grateful for your channel, and for the people in the comment section who make it feel a little more like home. Its reassuring to see that there are others like you and me. Thank you.

I've had my spiritual awakening last year and I have been discovering a lot of things.When I saw your notification and read the title I got so happy because this is exactly what I needed. I was just thinking about how I am going to permanently change my useless old beliefs from what happened to in the past. I feel like I am ready and really have the desire to fully heal and not be a victim of any circumstances and be the empowered and be the limitless spirit I feel I am but i think my sense of doubt or something is stopping me from doing it but that could be just another illusion that my ego is trying to make believe in so I wont expand my growth or awareness so I can create my reality to serve my soul purpose...Anyways I just wanted to say thanks a lot for these videos they actually give me hope to keep going and that it possible to create the life you want and I feel I have the strength to.

I used to be a Abraham-Hicks follower and they always said that we were not to want or long for, that that just pushed our manifestations away. You know. I've been waiting to get to this video in your series Mind Science ever since before I watched the first video. I've curbed my insatiable appetite for study, learning and growth in favor of sincerely learning and incorporating each individual episode. So it's been nearly a month of anticipation. Over this past month my life has completely transformed to something I've only dreamed possible. From pure total victim to actually relentlessly pursuing my desires. It's in this past month that I've been implementing everything I've repeatedly studied and learned conceptually for years. I used your Playlist as the guide, recognizing its power. I really just wanted to say that I'm extremely grateful that this video is #20 in the long list of topics. It seems to have been at the perfect interval for me to witness the truth you've revealed here that I've never conceptualized. The secret to changing our beliefs is desire. It's odd because I've had a burning desire to heal my entire life and I've studied chronically in search of said healing. But it wasn't until I actually began trusting and implementing my studies did I actually propel faster than a rocket to my goals. Which is funny because these goals I've been flying towards are coming only one at a time, but I've been hand-picking my absolute favorites. Life is so exciting lately! Thank you Aaron. My dear, dear Aaron, you have brought tears to my eyes and real hope that I can finally leave my childhood victimhood behind - I am now 51. Over the last months, my meditation practice has reached new levels and I've come to believe in the Infinite Creator. I feel the presence when meditating but cannot seem to connect my heart with light in my head. Maybe I am looking for a feeling that doesn't exist. I'm not quite sure what I mean to be honest. I haven't been around for awhile and I am so glad I am back! That last sentence about understanding "Thy Will Be Done" and that when you understand that, "you are healed" literally brought tears to my eyes. So familiar with being a victim. Yup....that's what I've thought many many times and have felt victimized by many different people. Lately I've realized my own strength because I've come out stronger through every trauma and horrible events in my life. I loved when you said that when you feel as though you are a victim, then "you've forgotten who you are " SO resonated with me and I feel like I CAN DO THIS! Lately there has been a very strong feeling leading up to that realization for some time. I WILL be changing my present reality--and soon. When I think about not telling the story I’m afraid I have no value, nothing to give. I don’t know what I am. That is frightening. I apologize if this is long but I've been waiting since last year to find the right time to ask or comment on this. I've been praying to God multiple times a day to please show me a sign or lead me the right way to my spirituality. I've been watching Sadhguru, Deepak Chopra, Eckart Tolle, you Aaron, and a few others since the beginning of 2019. I started thinking my deep seeded Christian beliefs of once saved always saved, hell and my southern Baptist belief system wasn't exactly making sense. I've learned SO MUCH and this all resonates with me on a whole other level. So much more than what I had thought all of my life. I feel in my heart that what you're teaching is the CORRECT way but here is my heart wrenching problem: When I was in the southern Baptist Church they would warn us about "new age" religion which is what everyone down here in the south calls this. They would warn that the devil will try to temp you with changing your beliefs. As crazy as that sounds, that threat works!!! Anytime I think I'm past that I'll get a thought in my head that says, "what if this is the devil trying to turn you away from your salvation with Jesus and you go to hell." I know that may sound CRAZY to most people but it doesn't if that is drilled into your head all your life. So, I feel like this video moves me in the direction I've been praying about and I thank you Aaron!! Really, it's YOUR channel that helped me most bc your background was much easier to relate to than any guru or philosopher. If anyone has any suggestions or has they themselves went through this what helped you most? Aaron, with your religious background what helped you to be able to put away YOUR hardcore belief system and was it easy? Thanks to anyone who cares to share. I feel like this is a huge step and it means a lot. I feel like this is probably God's way of saying, "Come on Stacie, how much more evidence do you need?"
I'm in Mississippi. I'm going through same deal. My heart and soul tells me this is right. I surrender to the Now and accept what Is. After I shed all that fear and anxiety being scared of God didnt make sence to me. Now I just love everything. Love you.
I understand what you are feeling and I can tell you what's REALLY HELPED me. The truth is important to me and I went about this logically and historically, I researched Jesus's life and Gospel and teachings, I found that he was teaching us literally all the same Spiritual concepts that we are learning from Aaron and Eckort Tolle etc. The "Crist consciousness" is a real thing it's not a religion it's a state of Being. I believe with all Heart that if you read the Bible with this new perception you will see that God and Jesus don't want us living in fear . (Some of the Churchs out there do want us in that State of Fear because people in fear are easier to control and manipulate.) That is why They started the Church in the first place to control the masses, Jesus was teaching everyone the power we all have inside ourselves, that's why they killed him but it only made him stronger cause his message is a powerful one! I am closer to Jesus now and to God.I live in awe of the simple Truth of their message of Love ,forgiveness, tolerance and unity for everyone and everything in this beautiful world. Do your own research and you will find Gospel Thomas may help you . These are Jesus's exact words transcribed found in the Dead see scrolls I believe, trust in your heart my friend it will never lead in the wrong direction. I also feel strongly that Aaron Abke was sent to teach us because is words resonate with me also and it seems the right words at the right time always come.to me, Trust that you are on the right path and keep asking for signs they will come also to prove to you that you are. Enlightenment is hard. It is the stripping away of the beliefs that don’t serve you. I don’t think of them as false beliefs. They are true to someone. The path is lonely. I “came out” too fast and my people thought/think I am too different to be around. It happens to most of us. Think of enlightenment as lightening your true self. Aaron has great explanations on the shadow and ego. Everyone is connected but walk a different path. What helped me was changing the word God to Source. Try using your Jesus as an example. He suffered for enlightenment. I don’t think we get it right first time around. Don’t be hard on yourself. If god loves you like a child, then he won’t get upset if you fall over when you start learning to walk. Probably get a new social media persona that way you can research and join groups without feeling judged by your people.
Stacie 413 I have a suggestion first...listen to some near death experiences. There are similar threads in them...one is that God does NOT judge us. He ONLY loves us...I promise you, God would never punish you like that....and for what? Remind yourself that organized religion wants you to be fearful. That’s how they keep you, which is so very wrong.

Brother Aaron, once again you've come through for me. For the last few weeks, I've been working on changing some things in my life, and sifting through my beliefs, to the point of putting myself out there HOPING to be "triggered" in order to pinpoint any negative perceptions/beliefs that I may still have, and it's been a bit difficult. They way you've broken down how we must WANT to change a belief, instead feeling into the change, is exactly what I needed to hear. I just thought that me wanting to change a belief, would insist that I'm still holding on to it. But then you've explained how repentance works, in accepting the belief as what it is first, and then firing up my desire to change it from there (if I'm reiterating that correctly). I've watched this before but there are some videos (teachings) that I go back to over and over because they are so life changing concepts that have totally changed my life from an advise"victim" to an empowered "empath" I know they are labels but I'm trying to explain how much all this has REALLY helped me! I can't tell you how forgiveness of myself and the people who have tried to hurt me in the past has set me free of all judgments and assumptions about other people and out world. My ego still gets in my way at times but I'm learning to recognize it for what it is and call myself out when I angry or hurt I say"Ah! That the Ego Aaron talks about on (You Tube)" it's a process and I don't beat myself up anymore. I share these videos with other family members. I thought my Bruce would think I was weird but wanted to talk about it with her. After I played a video for her She's asks me, Do you believe in other Dimensions Nina?" "I am hearing about the 5th Dimension and it sounds so nice" she says! She already lives from her heart and it's very much service to others type a person so she found this stuff on her own! Life is really good!

It keeps making up excuses, so I continue to go there and thus maintain it in my reality. Ultimately, I see fear there....So the core question leads me to...how to really and totally trust? I used to show horses. Partly because I couldn't afford a pro trainer (and also because I just wanted to see if I could do it...) I trained my horses myself. But to my chagrin I always placed second-didn't matter that I often beat professional trainers--there I was second--or as they say in the show world: Reserve Champion. Never Champion. And I was sometimes Reserve Champion in other areas of my life--not always...sometimes I did come out on top. And yep, it was my father. I'd hand over my report card. My 99 in History making me shake in my shoes. And, yep, there it was, again: "Why didn't you get a hundred?" Now I know what to do. Thanks Aaron. Gonna get that Championship ribbon!
Sometimes I'm blind, or better said, sometimes I can see., Aaron your registration is authentic. Lol, you give freely on UA-cam. Personal counsel is different, but you give more, much more, then what registration tries to explain through inauthentic fishing. Workshops are good, but, Your throwing the life preserver in the water to those who are drowning, while others will sell it to you, and those who are afloat agree in admirerment inspired to Paddle. I buried some issues, and your work, is teaching me to have courage in not fearing God, and to look within my negative behavior. "The land mines," I'm afraid of because I've hit them, but what if I wasn't judged for stepping on them again, only encouraged to sweep them up. ........ many blessings to you, and a harvest worthy, and multiplied. It's not enough wanting to change. The stakes aren't high enough. I coach my clients this all the time, but find myself personally getting in the same patterns again and again. The truth is, is that I'm not sick enough yet, I'm still tolerating it with general comfort. But I'm unhappy because it's not enough. Thank you for the wake up call AB 🙏

My dear, dear Aaron, you have brought tears to my eyes and real hope that I can finally leave my childhood victimhood behind - I am now 51. Over the last months, my meditation practice has reached new levels and I've come to believe in the Infinite Creator. I feel the presence when meditating but cannot seem to connect my heart with light in my head. Maybe I am looking for a feeling that doesn't exist. I'm not quite sure what I mean to be honest. I realised I still don't quite believe, the real, non-intellectual way, that the light is actually within me.

I haven't been around for awhile and I am so glad I am back! That last sentence about understanding "Thy Will Be Done" and that when you understand that, "you are healed" literally brought tears to my eyes. So familiar with being a victim. Yup....that's what I've thought many many times and have felt victimized by many different people. Lately I've realized my own strength because I've come out stronger through every trauma and horrible events in my life. I loved when you said that when you feel as though you are a victim, then "you've forgotten who you are " SO resonated with me and I feel like I CAN DO THIS! Lately there has been a very strong feeling leading up to that realization for some time. I WILL be changing my present reality--and soon. It was also interesting when you spoke about ideas vs thoughts and that it's the IDEA that has the 'power' W O W ! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I apologize if this is long but I've been waiting since last year to find the right time to ask or comment on this.
I've been praying to God multiple times a day to please show me a sign or lead me the right way to my spirituality. I've been watching Sadhguru, Deepak Chopra, Eckart Tolle, you Aaron, and a few others since the beginning of 2019. I started thinking my deep seeded Christian beliefs of once saved always saved, hell and my southern Baptist belief system wasn't exactly making sense. I've learned SO MUCH and this all resonates with me on a whole other level. So much more than what I had thought all of my life. I feel in my heart that what you're teaching is the CORRECT way but here is my heart wrenching problem: When I was in the southern Baptist Church they would warn us about "new age" religion which is what everyone down here in the south calls this. They would warn that the devil will try to temp you with changing your beliefs. As crazy as that sounds, that threat works!!!
Anytime I think I'm past that I'll get a thought in my head that says, "what if this is the devil trying to turn you away from your salvation with Jesus and you go to hell."
I know that may sound CRAZY to most people but it doesn't if that is drilled into your head all your life.
So, I feel like this video moves me in the direction I've been praying about and I thank you Aaron!! Really, it's YOUR channel that helped me most bc your background was much easier to relate to than any guru or philosopher.

I understand what you are feeling and I can tell you what's REALLY HELPED me. The truth is important to me and I went about this logically and historically, I researched Jesus's life and Gospel and teachings, I found that he was teaching us literally all the same Spiritual concepts that we are learning from Aaron and Eckort Tolle etc. The "Crist consciousness" is a real thing it's not a religion it's a state of Being. I believe with all Heart that if you read the Bible with this new perception you will see that God and Jesus don't want us living in fear . (Some of the Churchs out there do want us in that State of Fear because people in fear are easier to control and manipulate.) That is why They started the Church in the first place to control the masses, Jesus was teaching everyone the power we all have inside ourselves, that's why they killed him but it only made him stronger cause his message is a powerful one! I am closer to Jesus now and to God.I live in awe of the simple Truth of their message of Love ,forgiveness, tolerance and unity for everyone and everything in this beautiful world. Do your own research and you will find Gospel Thomas may help you . These are Jesus's exact words transcribed found in the Dead see scrolls I believe, trust in your heart my friend it will never lead in the wrong direction. I also feel strongly that Aaron Abke was sent to teach us because is words resonate with me also and it seems the right words at the right time always come.to me, Trust that you are on the right path and keep asking for signs they will come also to prove to you that you are. Enlightenment is hard. It is the stripping away of the beliefs that don’t serve you. I don’t think of them as false beliefs. They are true to someone. The path is lonely. I “came out” too fast and my people thought/think I am too different to be around. It happens to most of us. Think of enlightenment as lightening your true self. Aaron has great explanations on the shadow and ego. Everyone is connected but walk a different path. What helped me was changing the word God to Source. Try using your Jesus as an example. He suffered for enlightenment. I don’t think we get it right first time around. Don’t be hard on yourself. If god loves you like a child, then he won’t get upset if you fall over when you start learning to walk. Probably get a new social media persona that way you can research and join groups without feeling judged by your people.
Stacie 413 I have a suggestion first...listen to some near death experiences. There are similar threads in them...one is that God does NOT judge us. He ONLY loves us...I promise you, God would never punish you like that....and for what? Remind yourself that organized religion wants you to be fearful. That’s how they keep you, which is so very wrong.
I grew up the same way, south and all and here we are growing together :)

Brother Aaron, once again you've come through for me. For the last few weeks, I've been working on changing some things in my life, and sifting through my beliefs, to the point of putting myself out there HOPING to be "triggered" in order to pinpoint any negative perceptions/beliefs that I may still have, and it's been a bit difficult. They way you've broken down how we must WANT to change a belief, instead feeling into the change, is exactly what I needed to hear. I just thought that me wanting to change a belief, would insist that I'm still holding on to it. But then you've explained how repentance works, in accepting the belief as what it is first, and then firing up my desire to change it from there (if I'm reiterating that correctly). I just wanted to thank you again for this added aid towards my empowerment my guy. This has been a true jewel for me. Thank you. 🙏🏾💜

I've watched this before but there are some videos (teachings) that I go back to over and over because they are so life changing concepts that have totally changed my life from an advise"victim" to an empowered "empath" I know they are labels but I'm trying to explain how much all this has REALLY helped me! I can't tell you how forgiveness of myself and the people who have tried to hurt me in the past has set me free of all judgments and assumptions about other people and out world. My ego still gets in my way at times but I'm learning to recognize it for what it is and call myself out when I angry or hurt I say"Ah! That the Ego Aaron talks about on (You Tube)" it's a process and I don't beat myself up anymore. I share these videos with other family members. I thought my Bruce would think I was weird but wanted to talk about it with her. After I played a video for her She's asks me, Do you believe in other Dimensions Nina?" "I am hearing about the 5th Dimension and it sounds so nice" she says! She already lives from her heart and it's very much service to others type a person so she found this stuff on her own! Life is really good!

It keeps making up excuses, so I continue to go there and thus maintain it in my reality. Ultimately, I see fear there....So the core question leads me to...how to really and totally trust? I feel this is a process... impatience also is a thing of the mind....So is the belief that the future will be better....illusions..and excuses...I’ll have to go inside to see more clearly. I used to show horses. Partly because I couldn't afford a pro trainer (and also because I just wanted to see if I could do it...) I trained my horses myself. But to my chagrin I always placed second-didn't matter that I often beat professional trainers--there I was second--or as they say in the show world: Reserve Champion. Never Champion. And I was sometimes Reserve Champion in other areas of my life--not always...sometimes I did come out on top. And yep, it was my father. I'd hand over my report card. My 99 in History making me shake in my shoes. And, yep, there it was, again: "Why didn't you get a hundred?" Now I know what to do. Thanks Aaron. Gonna get that Championship ribbon!
Sometimes I'm blind, or better said, sometimes I can see., Aaron your registration is authentic. Lol, you give freely on UA-cam. Personal counsel is different, but you give more, much more, then what registration tries to explain through inauthentic fishing. Workshops are good, but, Your throwing the life preserver in the water to those who are drowning, while others will sell it to you, and those who are afloat agree in admirerment inspired to Paddle. I buried some issues, and your work, is teaching me to have courage in not fearing God, and to look within my negative behavior. "The land mines," I'm afraid of because I've hit them, but what if I wasn't judged for stepping on them again, only encouraged to sweep them up. ........ many blessings to you, and a harvest worthy, and multiplied. Thank you so much for every increment. I'm drawn further away from self loathing, blasphemy, and drawn closer to the evidence of the true living sorce of my being.
