I love your Gelli Art book and tutorial!! Lots of great techniques to try. You have the measuring and cutting down to a science. I will have to watch your video several times to fill confident enough to make the cuts.
What a great demo!! So much to take in - the tip about using transparent medium for magazine transfers was really helpful. I wish I could get mine to work half as well. Thanks Drew!
@@DrewSteinbrecher thank you so much. I’m looking forward to anything you’ve got to share after watching you make this booklet i saved this video so I can give it a go too. I especially love the fact you don’t loose any of the art you make. I’ve never seen this technique before. Cheers cherieK 🦋🌈🐿🇦🇺
Loved this tutorial! I made a book but was never able to get any magazine page prints. Not sure if I used too much paint or why. I was using National Geographic pages. 🤷♀️ But thank you for this great video!! ❤️❤️
i love this - thank you for the inspiration - i've made smaller ones using copy paper - but never considered using large paper - this came out wonderful !!
Wow, I was almost shocked to see masculine hands in a Gelli video. But I certainly enjoyed the video, some good ideas.
I love Drew's work. Would love to see more.....
Thanks, Susan!
I'd love to learn how to make the pretzle-y looking stencils!
Hi Catie... I make my own using Tyvek envelopes or plastic film.
Second watch for me and it still seems like some kind of dazzling magic and sleight of hand !

Matte medium is really nice for transfers or whenever you have dry paint on the plate you'd like to pull.
Awesome booklet Drew. I love your gorgeous prints and clear tutorial.
Thank you so co much, stay save and have a wonderful day.😍❤️
Thank you! Happy to share.
What wonderful art! Love, love, love! Now if you’d make stencils for sale…❤️

What a fantastic demo/lesson! So inspiring. Thanks very much!!
Very cool!
Absolutely love this! Great inspiration! 🌷
Love this idea and you cover so many different techniques! Great stuff!!
Check out his use of magazine paper among all the other goodness!
Very clever wonderful book 💕
This is the coolest thing ever!
Can you talk through the process of how you make the initial grungy prints?? Love them!! 😍
Hi Susan... I let the paint build up on my plate and don't clean it. It will slowly get grungy on its own.
Love this, and so inspiring. Thank you!
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it.

Great project. Thanks for sharing so many techniques. Did you make the large masks or are they available for purchase?
Wow!!!
Love this demo, thank you
Happy to share!
C’est superbe 🤩 merci beaucoup 😊
Merci!
i love this - thank you for the inspiration - i've made smaller ones using copy paper - but never considered using large paper - this came out wonderful !!
I love printing on larger paper... the results are great.
Love this. How do you get the large numbers transferred?
Love 💕 it
Excellent, love this :D Can I ask how you got the large numbers for the cover, is it from a preprinted page?
Awesome book! Love the last few”grungy” gelli print layers and the collaged tissue-really took it to the next level!
Using a grungy plate is the reason I started gel plate printing. I intentionally let mine get grungy/paint build up.
Perfect new friends here
What magazine you use? I have tried and this is not really working…
