The cork that keeps and help age our organic wines is extracted from forest some 30 km away from our vineyards, in the Alcornocales Natural Park. Old traditions and jobs are kept in these mountain areas where other YUNTAS products, like goat and sheep superb cheeses are handcrafted by artisans.
