Doggy park ain't great, but overall a pretty quiet place to live. My neighbors are pretty friendly. Up here north of Sunset is where you want to be if you like it quiet. Pretty centrally located to live here. Walks with the mayor are fun. Coffee with a cop is nice community outreach. Father's Day concours is great, hope Greystone comes back, I've volunteered a few times.
I am not interested in realty and I live on the complete other side of the country, but I just wanted to say I somehow enjoyed the heck out of this video. You have a great video presence, keep it up!
@beswick1111 nope!, they don't, and it makes no sense. Bruh, those who can afford to live in these zip codes don't stay awake all day thinking of how to cut down on gas and grocery expenses. Quite on the contrary, they instead even spend much more by paying other people to do their shopping, Laundries and run other errands for them, I mean, isn't that actually the whole point of being rich and not having to worry for money?. Its the reality.

See, If the majority of the Hills residents cared all that much, then businesses around the entire region would had all filed for bankruptcy long ago. Everything would have folded or artificially been forced into price restructuring by now, but no... They're still making substantial sales and balancing out their margins, just to be clear anyways, I'm not making baseless or random assumptions here, I really should know very much about it. I assume you aren't sleeping tonight as well. Lol.
The whole country is becoming exorbitant regarding rent prices. I live in NV right out of Las Vegas and rent prices have increased 80% within the past 2 years. And Vegas sucks now. I found several gorgeous studio apts for around $1300 a month and being a single woman I have the luxury to downsize, relocate to Beverly Hills and have a better quality of life.
3:18 “You got yo pay to play.” No mention of taxes, which are 1.2% of the sales price. So a $6 million “medium” sales price, means a $6,000 tax bill. That’s PER MONTH.
The tax man is always there. People who are paying that much for a home are well aware of the taxes. They're probably working hard to offset them. :) Turn your life into a tax deduction.
What was that about a dining patron's half million dollar wristwatch being ripped off of his wrist in broad daylight and some older BV matrons complain that they don't feel safe wearing their jewelry in BEVERLY HILLS? Parking there is awful and no mention about property taxes. I do like the idea of the no nightlife aspect. Leave that to WEHO. My biggest complaint is the CONSTANT noise of construction of new homes.
My office is in downtown BH and they offer a lot of free parking in structures. However a lot of the street parking gave way to the outdoor dining which is cool.. except if your the guy who got his watch jacked. :-)
Couldn't close escrow at Perla on Broadway because of issues on their end that should have been disclosed at the signing of the contract. Then they have attempted to take 3% of the total sale for "construction fees" from my deposit. Obviously this is not going to be tolerated. Avoid this building. They are being represented by NEST SEEKERS DEVELOPMENT MARKETING's Nathan Malk and Michael Bethoney. I would avoid any business with them as well. Anyone experiencing a similar situation, as I know they have done this to others, should contact me here for a class action lawsuit.

Economy is realtive. If you barely afford a $6m house, that number isn't such a big deal.
