Inspirational, beautiful voice with a mastery of in depth Korean interpretation. The historic ancient Mt. Kumgang is more than just a mountain. Songs, music, and poems were written of Mt. Kumgang. Even in ancient times, scholars and people from China and later from Japan travelled to see the exotic mountain with variety of views and famous Nine Dragon Waterfall. The impeccable seascapes of eastern Mt. Kumgang is one of the least polluted places on earth. Most Koreans knew and heard of Mt. Kumgang, had access to travel to Mt. Kumgang during honeymoon or just for meditation. Famous monks and scholars went deep into the mountain for a lengthy time. Many famous Buhdist temples were built (unfortunately, century old temples were destroyed and dmaged during the Korean War). At the end of World War ll, Korea was divided into North and South., and the division made many Koreans no longer able to go reflecting the longings of many Koreans who feel the mother like Mt. Kumgang(means diamond) located in North Korea too miss all Koreans and calling them to return.

The mt is known for exquite beauty with 12,000 peaks, only remaining in fuzzy memories of older S. Koreans, The lyrics go like this.. Who have created such wonderous mt. The 12,000 peaks have been silent for a long time, but now as we are free today, we can go and call the thee again..the mt that I couldn't come to visit to appreicate the beauty that has existed for thousands of yrs
