Your cake videos are so amazing. Very calming. I am making my first cake and would love to know if you think I should freeze my cake or cook it the day of me icing it? I’ve seen so many videos on different opinions and I am a bit confused. Thank you so much in advance
Hi, Thank you. I always bake my cake a day before icing it. Refrigerate the cake overnight or at least 3-4 hrs. When your cake is fully chilled, it will be easier to cut into layers and easier to work with. The cake will be much sturdier once it is cold which means that frosting the cake will be a breeze! Hope that helps.
I fell in love with all your amazing cakes. I just have one question. Where can I find the foam, you used inside the balls? I thought of using chocolate ball but the technique you used is so much easier as I need few ones for decoration

Hi, you can get it from Amazon, Dollar store or any craft stores.
Hi, thanks for this cake idea. Where did you find the other decorative items on the cake (except balloons, rainbow)? Appreciate any links.
I ordered those dry pampas grass from Amazon
What size cake pan did you use ?
Cake is made in a 6" diameter pan
