Good question, you can easily get the central idea when you understand the poem, so that's why i didn't talk about it separately, because then video becomes too lengthy.
The central idea of this poem is the establishment of honesty, peace and justice in society.
It explores that how leaders manipulate their people and achieve their aim.
The dishonest leaders compel people to fight wars, like Hitler did. It was written in the context WW2, so it's exposing the dishonesty of people / politicians.
