I think it's just that in some of the earlier episodes, the way the show portrays Tony's therapy as like "what would happen if a mob boss went to therapy?!" in a way that feels just a little gimmicky, sorta like Analyze This. It's still a really good show from the beginning, but it gets a lot better once they tone that element down a little.
@@kristinalfc5846are you asking why someone who enjoys a show is able to look at it critically and try to discuss its faults and not just mindlessly praise every aspect of it by rote?
These guys really will just throw in random criticisms to make themselves seem smart then come off as idiots cause they completely miss the point (like them saying the mashup shows Chase's terrible music taste when that was a very obvious joke) they also cant make insightful analysis to save their lives
For some reason when I heard them say Cyrus from The Matrix I started picturing John Malkovich chewing steak and delivering the 'Ignorance is bliss' line.
Them making fun the music in the show is fucking insane. Best music choices I've ever seen
In Northern NJ, we say "the city" when referring to NYC.
“The city” means Manhattan
Why the fuck does the psychoanalysis annoy him in the series? That's the essence of the show basically and it was done really well.
Yeah like isnt that one of the major thrusts of the show, if it annoys you so much why are you watching it nevermind making a podcast about it

It drags after a while. And once Melfi's story arc is complete with the famous 'No' line, it doesn't serve much purpose at all.
Listening to this right after the Napoleon pod episodes is crazy
did anybody enjoy "chickentown" ? i loved it. showed it to friends and they hated it lol
Cholos are Mexican! Those vatos are Puerto Rican hose

It's very strange that Gloria's tyres are just randomly slashed .

Cypher not Cyrus...sheesh

@@deathmagneto-soy "Cyrus The Virus" sounds like it *should* be a Matrix character.
Matt vibin so hard he says nothing
Confirmed. I scrolled 8 times and didn’t hear him once. What a wasted opportunity by the hosts.
@@blackedmirror5073 normally he’s more talkative on this show they love him
December 2020 was weird
I've never heard Beyonce that I know of, but I'm hallucigenically intimate with Simon and Garfunkel

thanks. this show is lowkey annoying
The scene where Tony choke slams Gloria looks like the scene from the matrix. It is the most visually funny thing to ever happen in the show.
The most visually funny thing on the show is Vito walking
