I found this the night I got my first COVID vaccine. My arm started hurting about 8 hours after my shot, and it got more intense as the night went on. I couldn’t move, but I couldn’t sleep. I already loved Hobi’s ASMR from Run, but I wasn’t sure what to think of something like this. But it didn’t matter what I thought bc I fell asleep!!!! And I awoke feeling very content and well rested (for the moment...my only side effect was sleeping a lot, probably bc I was still in pain and couldn’t move my arm) so I've put this on almost every night since. Omg it’s been a year since my first comment 😅 I drove over 800 miles EACH WAY to see Hobi at Lollapalooza and my sleep schedule is all screwed up…got home really late 3 days ago I felt more rested after only an hour of sleep with this playing than I have after 5 hours sleep without (woke up to feed the kitteh lol 🐱) so I went back to sleep with. I now feel better than I have in months 🤯

I finished the whole thing ! It helped my sleep I just didn't notice that my phone battery was getting VERY LOW The next morning I had to charge it HAHAH
His breathing is too fast for sleeping, it takes my breathing into too fast of a rhytmn. :=/ (While in sleep we naturally follow others sleeping patterns) ( I control my partner's nightmare's by pulling them into slower breathing rhytmn, which calms their breathing first, then their heart beat, and so also their dreams.) your breathing here is also too fast for my awake breath, as I have learned slower breathing for years. I take one normal wake-breaths while you take two, and my sleeping breath is even slower, about 4 of your breaths here.. :=(
