I found this the night I got my first COVID vaccine. My arm started hurting about 8 hours after my shot, and it got more intense as the night went on. I couldn’t move, but I couldn’t sleep.
I already loved Hobi’s ASMR from Run, but I wasn’t sure what to think of something like this.
But it didn’t matter what I thought bc I fell asleep!!!!
And I awoke feeling very content and well rested (for the moment...my only side effect was sleeping a lot, probably bc I was still in pain and couldn’t move my arm) so I've put this on almost every night since. I’ll probably be looping it in a few weeks when I get the second vaccine (I try to watch your ads, hope they support you even just a little 💜 ) 감사합니다 & 보라해 (haha Korean spellcheck doesn’t recognize borahae yet 🤣)

I drove over 800 miles EACH WAY to see Hobi at Lollapalooza and my sleep schedule is all screwed up…got home really late 3 days ago

His breathing is too fast for sleeping, it takes my breathing into too fast of a rhytmn. :=/ (While in sleep we naturally follow others sleeping patterns)
( I control my partner's nightmare's by pulling them into slower breathing rhytmn, which calms their breathing first, then their heart beat, and so also their dreams.)
your breathing here is also too fast for my awake breath, as I have learned slower breathing for years. I take one normal wake-breaths while you take two, and my sleeping breath is even slower, about 4 of your breaths here.. :=(
