Certainly! Do you have access to the 3D model of the subframe of the electric vehicle? If you can sketch it on paper you can model it in Inventor.
The other alternative is to model the space available and use the frame generator to place the structural members, then miter or cope them. I have a video on the frame generator as well. Let me know.
