Wow! I thought fertilizing while seeding was obsolete. Because It would always be uneven. Thanks a lot! Also, I was not aware of the degrading fertilization as the plant grow.
Glad it was helpful! IRL seeding and fertilizing at the same time is very much a thing, but like the game depends on the seeder/planter the farmer has.

Glad you like them! As for the accent, I get that a lot. I'm originally from the U.K. and the two accent "mixed" rather than staying English or fully becoming American/Canadian.
Please move your camera angle sometime. All your videos are shot straight behind the implement. It will improve the quality of your videos and make it easier for us to tell what tractors and combines your using. Otherwise you do a great job!
Hi Jay it's Jakob here. Excellent work. I have been thinking alot about these problems lately thanks for your effort to sort this out. 👍👍 One question. I tend to not fertilize to the maximum amount when I seed. But rather about half way up the scale. Then I top it up when the plants have grown half way to the max amount using the auto function but I do not use the sensors. Am I loosing yield doing it this way? Or is it better to use your system as you explained in your video? Thanks again for your deep dives into the mystery of FS22. 😊
HI Jakob, what I do is I spread fertilizer when the plants being to grow, and then again right before they are ready to harvest. I do this because it's the realistic way of farming, but you could always get away with planting the crop and then fertilizing it right before harvest and get the same results.
Thanks for doing this video. I always wondered how it could speed the AI up and this answers why the AI misses strips and then doesn't. That is a great tip about the Isaria Sensors on the tractor. if equipped, does the AI automatically turn on the sensors when seeding or will turning them off manually beforehand, solve this?
Hi Graham, just sent you an email. But to answer you question the Isaria will always be turned on by the Ai worker which is what leads to the problem. Remove the Isaria unless you are doing late stage fertilization.
Hi Neil, I'd have to say it's very similar. My gut tells me that with "new" equipment Giants tried to make it better, but I don't think they updated their older equipment. So you get some stuff that auto-widths correctly and some that doesn't.

So is this something like the problems we've seen with GPS (way back to FS17), where some equipment (mostly mod) does not "auto width" correctly?
