That's why when she overuses Chakra and the diamond on her forehead. She looks like she's 100 years old. Cause she's using the cellular manipulation to keep herself Young, but then it means she's actually burning through her life-force. The whole she's using an illusion was started way back before anybody knew about her true abilities. And it just keeps on getting repeated and repeated and repeated. That's like Naruto's hinge, is not an illusion. It's an actual transformation. A lot of people don't get that 1 either. That Naruto is not hiding behind an illusion.
