1. Big thanks to my people 2. Give cows a treat 3. Bum leg calf 4. Cow that lost her calf 5. Dollop, the weak nearly dead calf that made an incredible recovery
Love the white face calf, very cool markings. Praying for your channel to grow leaps and bounds in your future. Thanks for sharing your Cattle with us. God bless🙋🏻♀️♥️🇺🇸
So excited that Daisey’s Dollup survived and is making a go of life with her Mama who never left her behind! God is GREAT! Stay Blessed!🙏❤️🩹🕊️✝️✡️🇺🇸🇺🇸😳
She will probably be tiny like her momma, but that’s ok. She is lucky that her momma had some of the best mothering instincts, and as a first calf heifer at that. Take care

It’s always worth the effort. We give 100% effort to these animals that are under our care. Every one of them has a unique story. Thanks for supporting us!
Its so tough when they are still born, after that 9 months, I know only too well, I can tell you really care about your herd, thank you for sharing them with us viewers, and a big howdy from country Australia in mid north New South Wales to South Louisiana❤🤠
The calves are so funny, but they are a real pain for rotational grazing for the first few months. I tend to rotate a little less until they start understanding the concept better.
Cows are interesting creatures, they are very intelligent, docile, and all have their own personalities. And they are way more athletic than you would ever imagine. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment.
I do spray them occasionally, some years are worse than others with flies. I use permitherin and generally spray them when I have them in a he catch pen. Thanks for watching and commenting.
We spray a couple times a year with permitherin, usually when they are in the catch pen area, they hate getting sprayed so they need to be contained. Might happen this weekend since I have to sort out the 3 heading to the processor on Monday
Bottles baby's are safe and my ex boyfriend Lester morrow is a farmer and several other cops farmers friends and I know the whole doss family members and my bday is on October 5 and I'll be 34 this year and my ex boyfriend Lester morrow had long horns
I guess if you know what you are doing they are no problem. For me having one odd bottle calf has caused a few problems. Not because they are aggressive, but because the are so friendly. So the two issues we have had is having them come rub on you and smash you against a tree or fence, and the in the worming pen they have no flight zone, so they step on your feet and can put you on the ground accidentally, which can result in a cow stepping on you from not seeing you. thanks for watching and commenting.

Nice looking cattle, love the coloring of the herefords.
Thanks. I like the looks of the Herefords too, but it’s their gentle nature that is the most amazing thing about them.

Dollop! What a cutie, the name totally fits. Congrats on the 1k!!!
Thanks. I have to give credit to my wife Jackie for the name. She came up with it like 30 seconds after seeing the calf.

I hope you enjoy, thanks!
Hey y’all, let’s tell everybody about Daisy’s Dollup , and Stringers’ channel.
You guys are the best!
It's really interesting to see all the knowledge you have. I never knew that cows like certain types of tree leaves. Then again I'm not a farmer lol

Do you spray your cows for flies? I’m enjoying your channel love your knowledge.

Subbed 😊
Thanks!
Never knew cows like willow trees wow
The love quite a few different trees. They are not really brush eaters like goats but they will tear up some tree leaves occasionally.
Doss farms gave you a shout out and sent me over.
Chad is the man, thanks for coming check us out.
From Doss Farms but in Texas lol
I won’t hold Texas against you, lol! Welcome.
Chad said to say hi.
Hi and thanks for stopping by!
Fly spray? 😮
We spray a couple times a year with permitherin, usually when they are in the catch pen area, they hate getting sprayed so they need to be contained. Might happen this weekend since I have to sort out the 3 heading to the processor on Monday
I have a question: Do you do another job or does raising cows spare you from work? I am sorry for this question and thank you.
I do have a full time job outside the farm.
@@stringerbridgefarm3201 Thank you for your answer, good luck
The farm is mostly hobby for now, my dream would be that it generates enough money to be my early retirement income.
