I enjoy many of her videos, she's in my top 5 for asmr channels, but i agree that we build somewhat of a tolerance to the effects, especially for falling asleep etc. No disrespect to Sophie whatsoever, but are you familiar with Lizi ASMR? I highly recommend checking her out, she makes quite alot of content for sleep and eyes closed situations, & her roleplay is top notch... just figured I'd mention it, hope it helps Edit: Wanted to also mention, not sure if you're into it, but Dreamscape ASMR is another of my favorites. She doesn't do any face to camera work, she makes incredibly detailed immersive worlds, costumes, sound effects etc so it's perfect for closing your eyes. Alot of sci-fi, fantasy, steam punk, but only 1 video every month or so bc they take so long to complete. However there's quite a large library of her past videos to go thru so you should be good for now.
