Demonstration of our Automated Pouch Filler & Capper at Anuga FoodTec 2024 - Cologne, Germany

Back in March, we had the incredible opportunity to demo our automated pouch filler and capper at the Anuga Food Tech trade show in Cologne, Germany.
So I wanted to put together a short video telling you more about the machine while also sharing some great videos of it in action.
This automated filler and capper is manufactured in Italy by our good friends at Tenco.
The frame itself is built out of AISI 304 stainless steel and all components that come in contact with your product are made out of AISI 316 stainless steel.
This is to ensure that everything that comes in contact with your product is both food grade and CE certified.
While the machine itself comes outfitted with a single filling nozzle and capper, a second unit can be added to increase production output.
It can fill and cap between 900 to 1200 pouches per hour with just a single nozzle, and then upwards of 2400 pouches per hour with an added second unit.
As the operator of this machine, your duties are very simple.
You will start the machine, feed empty bags into the machine as needed, and then remove pouches that have been filled at the end of the station.
This automated filler and capper will truly change how you run your business.
