Peach Upside Down Mini Cakes Marci’s Farmhouse Kitchen
1 yellow cake mix
(Eggs, water, oil per box directions)
Fresh, canned, or frozen peaches
Whipping cream
Mix up your cake mix according to box directions! Spray muffin tin with cooking spray for no sticking!
Drain peaches & place 3 slices in each muffin cup in your muffin tin! Pour batter over peaches, filling to the top! Bake at 350 for 20 minutes! Turn over onto platter! Top with whipping cream!
