Drinking gasoline isn't necessarily a trait of the strong. Don't confuse stupidity with strength. I'm typing this with two broken hands. I've had my stomach pumped drinking cough medicine as a kid. I've had everything from root canals to bone settings to knee surgeries throughout life. Tough guys make me cringe because pain is temporary and not necessary in life.
The real tough guys are the ones that live in chronic pain fighting illness. I pity those people because they aren't fools like those fake tough guys. Strength and toughness are overrated; attitude (like you pointed out), discernment, and morals are key. If you shy away from pain and get mad at yourself for getting into accidents... that's probably a good thing. It's better to learn from your mistakes than to keep repeating them like an idiot like me. Live and learn. Depression is a tool to better oneself and those around you... not a disease. In war, I'd rather hang out with the depressed realist than the corny tough guy that laughs at his pain and misery.
@@brokenhanz-o4m Don't confuse tough with ignorance. Living with chronic conditions can be a choice if you understand the premise of Healing Humanity.
@@johnmartinsen963 chronic illness isn’t a choice for most that have. That is ignorance.
@@brokenhanz-o4m you'd be surprised how many people reverse chronic conditions and even cancer with dietary changes...but stay ignorant if you enjoy pain.
@@brokenhanz-o4m most that have chronic conditions get there advice from a doctor trained to prescribe pharmaceuticals that address symptoms rather than treat root cause.
I swallow over a glass of Petroleum siphoning from a tank of fuel one night. I was concerned I might die but I wouldn’t class it as a “Near death experience”. I didn’t even go to the doctor, I just had to wait it out. I’ll never forget the taste! It was horrible and the constant fuel burping was something of nightmares! I learnt a valuable lesson that night.
I got a mouthful of gas while trying to repair my dirt bike in high school. Tried to puke it out and hydrate. Had a big plate of spaghetti for dinner and went to play in the marching/pep band at a football game. Was burping the taste all night and puked spaghetti under the bleachers...had to pull pasta out of my nostrils. 40 years later and I never made that mistake again.
