I think the context for why Lang doesn’t want to do the back and forth includes the fact that OB went to the Manor to squash the beef originally (the first meeting without SK). He was told by the Manor boys that “we got our licks, you got yours. It didn’t work out for you, but we’re not returning anything. We just both walk away.” While that was said without SK I feel like Lang’s sentiment is just a reflection of that original attitude. To him the 50k was null and void the minute they pressed Marty and shot him in the head.
The deal was they give the stuff back and get their 50k back. They gave the stuff back same day and never got the money. So OB was in the wrong on that deal. I hope Manor doesn’t end the war and makes them regret not following through on the initial deal.
I think the reason why the Manor is asking for so little to end the conflict, is because they are checking in to make sure that everyone is happy for the content to continue. The reason why Lang isn't interested is because he is having a great time. This is good content for everyone.

@@wbgawfhu9owahfo126 that’s not true. The access was changed the first time and Marty forgot to change it back. They were getting that money. Regardless is hasn’t even been 24hrs which is the minimum time frame requirement terry knows is needed to payout from the casino

alwas created a big conflict arc that goes well for both but never wants to end the arc until the rp drys out. he did the same back in the day until the other groups got bored of the shit it makes no sense to not end the rp.

I think it's about even but manor is losing by a little when it comes to guns. But I think it's mostly because of how bad the fines are.

Wars in Np that lasts for more than a week becomes really toxic majority of the time, i think it's way better to end it before it goes south.

lang has no term to end war. he just refuses to pay. if manor want to end, they just have to stop. this isnt lang first time doing something like this. mandem, rust and gg dealt w the same thign in 3.0, the ball to end the war is alwys on the other side.

Tbh it can be annoying but it's one of my favorite Lang qualities that he's so stubborn.
Its a pretty well known character trait for Lang and it makes for some interesting storylines so I'm curious where this goes.

it war. not valorant. lang fight differently and people go to war with him just have to deal with it. he got 4 of them caught by the pd already. they lost 4 guns and stack up to over 200k fines so far.
