Great! One to add is from Amazon, a pill carrier. It folds open and has spaces for all your OTC meds. OTC beds one ship are extremely expensive!! We have them in our automobiles also.

Took a travel clothes line with the metal spring clips on my last 2 cruises and used it both times. Used the magnet hooks to attach it to the ceiling.

We use a small indoor thermometer w/remote that I hang on a magnet outside on the balcony. Always know the outside temp too! Thx for your videos.

We use the towel hooks to keep the curtains in our room closed tight together so no light comes in.

Thanks for the tips! I had never seen the alcohol bags before and have just purchased them. I had been thinking of the seat belt extender for a bit but have now put it in my cart for my next flight, too! Magnetic hooks are another great idea I'll look into next year for my next cruise.

We've used the alcohol bags for years and even had a bottle break one time. The mess stayed completely inside the bag. We were disappointed to have the bottle break, but it was wonderful not coming home and finding a mess in our luggage!

Older ships may only have one electric outlet and no usb ports, and most cruise lines don't allow power strips or extension cords. Amazon has cruise line approved bricks with multiple electric, usb, and usb-c ports in a single unit. We always bring one or two.

I us a cross body iPhone case with credit card slots instead of the lanyard. A lot more fashionable than the lanyard that only holds you key card.

That is a great idea. We’ll have to look into those for sure

Man, I need a one inch three ring binder for all the print offs I have for our cruise!

I like my morning Coffee up on deck. I always bring a coffee travel cup on my cruises.

For safety reasons most airlines do not allow you to use your own belt extender. If the flight attendant notices they will make you change. Please check with your airline before boarding..

My wife and I always use the luggage tag protectors and the magnets. Both work great. We also use a collapsible hanging travel shelves which adds a lot of additional space and is held up but multiple big magnets.

Don't let those larger magnetic hooks get stuck together i got 4 of those magnetics the bigger ones stuck together had to have maintenance come to our cabin to separate them and they almost gave up on them. Impossible to do with bare hands they needed plyers.

We haven’t had that problem, but that’s good advice

Be careful with the strong magnets! My last cruise, two magnets stuck together really fast and a bit of skin from my thumb got caught between them. It removed that bit of skin causing bleeding. It was disembarkation morning and my band-aides were in the luggage that had gone out in the hall the night before. 😮

Oh my. That’s not good. We don’t get super heavy duty ones

    • @bigguy1403
      @bigguy1403 4 місяці тому +1

@FunTimeTravel2 these were not the super heavy ones just next size up from the small ones. I'm 6'4 260 pounds and pretty strong and I couldn't separate them neither could maintenance they even tried prying a paint scrapper in-between them to separate them and it took him 15 minutes to get them apart using pliers.

@@betzy7514 it's amazing how fast and strong they attach.
