The solution to Arrow's Impossibility Theorem.
.
System can be made where electors give numbers between -100 to 100 to the candidate.
If any elector just mark "yes"
It will be considered as 100, and if elector donot cast vote it will be marked 0. But if elector give number then the number will taken into account.
This method of range voting is better then preferential voting, and gives protection from Arrow's Useless Impossibility Theorem.
