Should probably add some more info, I am currently a trombone player in the Monroe High School band. Can’t wait to do more cool stuff like this! Edit: One of the parents of the trumpets in my band has posted another video where it’s better to hear the songs. Here it is: ua-cam.com/video/-QYcjrgOI2w/v-deo.htmlsi=O8iNFsppDeXVZgTr
I was there on the field. Sophomore at North Thurston High School with an alto sax. It was my first ever marching band experience, something i'll never forget.
Thank you for posting this video. Synchronistically, the last time I was at Husky Band Day was 1986 (the same year as "You Give Love a Bad Name"). (I attended in 1983, 1984, and 1986 as a flute player from Olympia High School.) My vague memory was that we did at least a little bit of formation marching at those band days, but I may be misremembering.
I am a sophomore at BHS and i was the male cheerleader that did a cartwheel out onto the field. my name is Max Bryan im not a cheerleader anymore but this was a day i won’t forget
@@NorthWARail wait were you the guys with BHS capes on yours back we were behind and to the right of you guys. We were the north Kitsap wearing black and gold.
You came all the way from Chelan??? Wow. I thought coming from Monroe was a long drive. We left at 6:30, woke up at 5 am. What time did you leave for UW?
