- The Bills got beat up and blown out in Baltimore by the Ravens. Buffalo had no answers on defense for Derrick Henry and Lamar Jackson Sunday Night and their 'everyone eats' offense was left hungry as they suffered their first loss by more than 8 points since 2021.

4. Did not need a trick play at that time and sloppy execution of it with Ravens DL getting penetration again.

I've noticed it's women and BETA males whining about Bass. Well, fire Josh for fumbling and poor throws, the Hall of Famer and basically a WR1 Kuntcaid, and Peon for drops.
This was painful to watch but it shows us where we are and where we need to improve. Hopefully the media will leave us alone now because we do better when they dont expect much from us. I know we'll be back stronger, I believe in the guys we have in our locker room.
Tyler Bass' days in a Bills uniform are numbered though , he's just not reliable.

Had Lamar not carelessly fumbled it would've been 28-3 and essentially over.
Watching at 7:15am. Not overly surprised they lost. They have always had trouble over the years with stopping a strong running game. The first play by Baltimore put them off balance and they couldn’t find a rhythm the whole first half. They had momentum until that bad trick play. At that point the chance of a comeback was over. Baltimore defense had Josh under pressure the whole night.
Tough loss. O-line had a rough night. I agree with Dan…one loss. A new element to the podcast that needs to become a staple…PARADE.

Tyler Bass is paid in the top 5 in the league. He's not that good. AFter he missed that field goal in the Divisional against the Chiefs...I wanted the BILLS to draft the kid that the Vikings drafted. Oh well BEane took a running back RAy Davis...that they dont even need.

For being a top 5 paid kicker in the league, he doesn't play at that level. On the chopping block, for sure.

As for Bass... I'm definitely losing confidence in him. He has one job ...and that is making those field goals. I realize it's a team win ..and a team loss... But he has got to make those field goals.
I guess we should get rid of all the guys that dropped balls and made bad passes. get off the Bass thing, he missed one, that would have not won the game.

This game is ultimately a game early in the season that we could afford to loose. 3:1 is a good record. However, the problem is the manner in which we lost. We have this ‘software bug’ that keeps showing up. This is reminiscent of a playoff loss, an absolute pounding with no good reason in sight…We have a fundamentally great team but this bug needs to be found and solved.

Correct. This is a system issue. This happens to the Bills. Coaching issue? Organization problem? Probably. A real good team needs to lose respectfully. This was horrible and I think a familiar sign coming in the playoffs.
The defensie is super banged up.... Not an excuse cause thats part of football, but maybe we should be asking: WHY is our defense seemingly always so injured?? Maybe thats the bug?
@@donkeybusmost likely a big part of it…but doesn’t explain why the offense buckles at the same time….think back to the Cincinnati playoff loss….same type of out of character loss.
Defense is injured cause they are small. They are built for speed and coverage. Outside of one game Henry has chewed this defense up and physical teams have always played us close. They made adjustments in the 2nd half and they were more effective. I question why they came out in a light box to start the game. If ever there was a time to bring in your big dogs this was it and they waited.

The bills should keep their eyes open for a wide receiver to trade MVS away. He has been completely unproductive.

This game was very similar to the Cincinnati playoff game a few years ago. Where they got bullied .Also no more gadget plays at all with Samuel. Get Samuel more involved in the passing offense.
More similar to the loss to the Colts game 3 years ago. Jonathan Taylor had almost 200 yrds and 4 td's.
They didn’t look prepared for this game. Josh seemed uncomfortable from the start. Each of his slides left them short of the first downs. The oline played like garbage after reading their headlines from last week. This was the defense I was expecting this year. Getting gashed up the middle with no answers.
The Ravens D played great and had a great game plan. Josh was under pressure the whole time, he didnt play great but not bad either with what he was given
The game was lost in the trenches. Ravens dominated the line of scrimmage on both of the ball.
That trick play was just...baaaaaaaaaaaaaaad. It was illogical to call it.

It's not the loss, it's that it was 35-10.. 35-28 I'd be absolutely okay cause they can get that fixed, but 10 points... sorry that's pathetic. I shut it off in the 2nd quarter. Reality came back. Ravens actually look like a team that wants to win. It'll definitely be between them and KC. that's the problem with beane paying guys not to be on the roster. Can't sign or trade for anyone.

Josh dropped dimes that were dropped all game , half of our D looked scared to tackle and that trick nobody play almost got Josh killed ....just a bad game all around. I hope the team rewatches the tape with an Honest eye

This was epic. A TV crew on the field and the guys with the leaf blowers dont see a problem walking right up to you. These guys werent at the top of their class. Bass should have been the 1st one out the door at the end of last season.

Honestly wasn’t as painful of a loss as I thought a blow out would be. Still feel good about this team especially once we get Bernard and Taron back. Onto the next week!

The D line was playing to try and contain Lamar and failed. The lack of pressure is one thing but they should’ve at least been able to prevent scrambling and they didn’t 😭
