I love the fact that all of you vídeos are barefoot. I mean, I don't like to wear shoes when I'm relaxing and wear sneakers um a gym is kind annoying for me. Thanks for your teachings.😊
❤ what if you have a bad back and Amy that is swollen three times the size it should be and not flexible and that like it all I am trying to be healthy eat healthy my exercising I am just beginning but I'm finding that it makes me sick even doing 5 repetitions of something I love your workout training what is this for younger people I am 60 years old I have rheumatoid arthritis fibromyalgia I have had a back can I still do these in a way that won't injure or hurt me
