Take away James Watt's Steam Power and Steam machinery and you don't get an Industrial Revolution. No Steamships, Locomotives, and no thousands more Steam driven Factories. Just Newcomen Atmospheric Pumps and some Arkwright Waterwheels. It was nothing to do with textiles and " flying shuttles " !
