First of all I really appreciate your hard work and efforts you are doing in making so reliable videos. Just a little piece of correction I would like to add, panels angel should always be equal to your latitude not as you mentioned.
Now why is that so its a little technical description. Our Sun is not always on equator, and have a declination of 23.5 degrees, means it deviates from equator to such angle, so as a rule of thumb lets just say you noted the ampere readings in April, then it is perfect for that month only, but for whole year it wont be beneficial, and changing the angels after few months is very hectic so keeping all this in mind we should always take latitude only. Hope this info will suffice.

Agree with you, because you have mentioned it in theoretical way. Or there ks one more method which could be used but it's way more costly and impractical: i have used solar tracker in solar concentrator setup, it follows the direction of sun and changed accordingly.

Very nice ,also keep in mind the difference of angle for winters and summers, on 22 June your best angle is supposed to be your latitude minus 12 degrees and on 21 December it is increased by Latitude plus 12 degrees ,so there is a total 24 degrees of tilt of earth is also cattered for : )

@@halilcankaya3202 Latitude plus or minus 12 degrees, depending on the season and your latitude. Look at the tropics of Cancer and Capricorn.

I am also from India and I make off grid Sinewave Solar PCU's. The video was very nice and the attept was commendable. As you said latitude angle is it not 33 degrees in your case. Then why are you getting higher power at 42degrees?

I live in Karachi and I would like to setup a solar system for my home where 3 fans (DC 12 V), 5 led lights (DC 12 V) will be used. I have visited market and found a good setup which includes 2 plates (mono) of 165 Watts (BritishSun), 30 Amps Charge Controller, initially 1 battery of 125 AHRs (AGS Battery) will be installed later on, I will purchase 1 more same capacity battery.
Please advise.

Thanks a lot, i have recently installed 330 watt two panels in series, output volts max gives 74 but amp only 4 maximum. The angle is 30 degree. I will change the angle, does it give 8 amps.

you are 90% wrong its not so simple,you get max A@45 degree at the time you are on roof but its not optimum angle for whole day plus summer and winter latitude angle correction is different??also consider this factor for max yield

Hi, very nice video. I have just installed 1.5kVa luminous nxg1800 solar inverter and 150AH to batteird and 335 W/24v mono 2 panels. My panels are fixed at 18 deg angel. Panels are not connected to inverter yet.
Should panels be connected in series or parallel please ?
In inverter manual it's written panel input 24v/ 1000w with
OCV 36 to 45v
Configuration must be as per your Inverter Requirements...
Inverter input range will define how to connect panels either in series or in parallel...
And
Inverter Output will define how to connect Batteries .

Sun keeps on changing its position relative to the movement of Earth, its directly related to summer n winter, where as solar plates are required to set on fix angle with sun for max generation.so angle of plates are changed according to movement of earth to keep them on a fixed angle with sun ⛅

Installing a 5kw system, however want to have fans on lights on dc and other appliances like AC on inverter. Already have dc wiring installed at house, will be going ahead with installation in a couple of weeks

Can you answer my another problem in my solar setup?
In my solar setup voltage drop is much in DC input coming from panels hence causing low amperes.
At panels voltage (at roof) is 30-31 V but this is 12.6 - 13 V at the ground (input charge controller) during 14 ampere current flow.
Wire length is about 30 yard. This much voltage drop is OK or too much? Thanks in advance.
@@arifmaqsood9090 i read it somewhere, panels to inverter distance should not be more than 8-10 mtrs in case of 1-2 kw system.
Hello, this technology is already included in the solar panels. If one panel comes under shade, all panels in the string reduce their output to match the shaded panel

solar efficiency 45 degree pe best achieve hoti hai base on location bat karien to jase apki 42 degree hai isi tarah sab ki 45 ke around hi aye gi i.e kisi ki 43 kisi ki 46 etc, suggest kia jata hai ke 45 degree pe rakh do to best chale ga panel warna soraj har waqt aik jaga nae rehta, abhi 42 ke angle pe high ampere aa rahe hain to 30 min bad panel ke degree change karne parain ge kyun ke soraj move kar jae ga, is tarah to banda charpai daal ke chat pe para rahe aur pura din panel uper neche karta rahe :-D
Second bat ke jis tarah panel ki wires apne milayi hoi hain is tarah ya to is ke diode ur jayien ge ya solar cell damage ho jae ga, itna dair is ko short nae karte direct...

Aoa bro. Hope you are doing good. This is an effective way to find angle and make a stand or structure, but use simple mathematics by using simple trigonometry. One angle is 90° which will always be fix and the other you find by your smartphone inclinometer which is hypotenuse.
