You are right.
Dealers are asking for 90 lac in A-Block and 70 lac and C and D blocks. Which seems unjustified at the moment. And if someone wants to sell a plot they give a deal of 50 lac is A-BLOCK. I don't know why dealers don't stick to their commission and become a partner or share holder in every deal and take huge margins. Can you recommend someone reasonable in this society?
Sir it is always hard to recommend a dealer, however, you can try find some direct owner / seller to have a fair deal.
