  • Today we are crossing some difficult tracks which lead to paradise in Northwest WA.
First we are taking a dip in the most scenic infinity pool in Australia? Overlooking the biggest manmade lake in Australia.
We are taking on the end portion of the Gibb River Road, crossing a mini Penticost River to get to El Questro Wilderness Park.
It is our first river crossing in our 4wd bus "Bunji"!
What we didn't expect is what El Questro holds for us...
Some pure MAGIC! Geothermal springs and divine waterfalls in the centre of sunbaked Australia.
Our tips for visiting any of these places:
    Lake Argyle:
    1) Bring your own everything (food, water, activities to do on the lake) because it is kinda in the middle of nowhere
    2) We stayed 3 days to recoup from the intense heat we were having at the time
    3) There is a camp here which is great! Otherwise some more luxury accommodations available
    El Questro Wilderness Park
    1) There is so much to do here you could spend a week seeing everything!
    2) Again it is remote so come fully prepared, including prepared for a river crossing to get into El Questro Station
    3) Make sure you are fully stocked with everything you need plus tools to fix your car if you get stuck anywhere!
    4) Mainly just spend a long time here. There is so much to do.
    5) Don't miss Emma Gorge or Zebedee Springs
    Emma Gorge
    1) It is a long and difficult hike in have a pack fully prepared with 3L water each plus food!
    2) It is COLD in there, but make sure you check out the geothermal section to the right.
    3) Bring warm clothes and a towel to warm up after your swim but the walk back will warm you up anyway
    4) LEAVE EARLY for your hike
    5) Wear grippy shoes
    Zebedee Springs
    1) GET THERE AT 7am. When it opens or it will be HEAVING.
    2) Wear grippy shoes and walk right up to the top where less people are
    3) It closes early, so enjoy it until around 12pm when it shuts and private tours come in.
    4) Bring a pack with food and water.
Hope you enjoy our video! This is our longest one yet because there was so much amazing-ness to share.
