I had the same issue!!! you have to flip more! what really helped me was trying to cork low and fast, rather than high and slow

Why do we have to train the corks if we don’t have the head upside down during the shuriken cutter ? And can you do the shuriken cutter out off a cart off ?

It is because it is a cork variation, if you dont have that fundamental this is going to be extremely hard (keeping mind I stil haven't done it) also you can do it from cart
