1969 Corvette Stingray

This C3 Corvette features side exhaust & a 350HP 350 cubic inch V8. The transmission is a Muncie 4-speed manual. This car is a blast to drive and is in need of some restoration work. Here is a project Vette you can drive and work on.

The hood pins are a bit of overkill. The hood is hinged in the front, the pins are unnecessary.

Love C2s and pre-'73 C3s. Not a fan of sidepipes, though. I think they detract from the overall look of the car, which, in the case of Corvettes, already starts out as a 10/10. They don't need improvement.

You need to let that thing warm up for a good 15 to 20 minutes before you put it in drive or hit the gas like that man.

I doubt it was cold start, idle speed was of a warmed engine.

Randquez some times it's best to warm them up as you drive BECAUSE they don't load up on the overly rich/saturated side.. these are real mechanical machines,NOT COMPUTERED.......
