FYI NHT does not build these properties they're built by investors who have an agreement with Nht to sell some of the properties at an affordable price range.. They built to accommodate their pockets and Nht and to you the consumers who otherwise can't foot the upfront costs to build your own.
This is what housing trust do, they don't see that's its civilized time now, people not sleeping on single bed anymore, we all using king size furniture now, and furthermore if the the little hut wasn't so expensive we could do a proper addition,
@@carlwray4627 If it were your house, you would sell it for the same price, or more, if you could get it. I agree that some of these houses are overpriced, but the only concern I have is paying a lot for an overpriced house and later learning that it was not well built.

The space is very small especially the room. Nht could have done a better job
The place looks really small, especially the bedroom. My question is can a king size bed hold in that bedroom?

The step should tile that no look nice
People have to work hard, people don't pick up money, these houses are poorly built
